Their workers did the job okay, but the owners have no concept of customer satisfaction. The security screen door was set so its almost impossible to use the door knob to get out. Heaven help us if we had to leave in an emergency!!! For approximity six weeks one of the owners promised to replace it with a handle. Numerous appointments were set up but he never showed (forgot the appt, left his phone at the office, etc). Finally he said he was sick and I totally understood. Then he had his partner send some men out. Now suddenly the other partner said I had to pay fot the new handle when that was not the agreement. I talked to the first owner again and he said no, I didnt have to pay for it and he would take care of it. The work was done on 6/18 and we talked about redoing the knob the next day. It has still NOT BEEN DONE!!!! At this point I do not want them here nor would I recommend them to anyone.....especially you!!!! This is not how a business should be run....
