Absolutely screwed me on vinyl siding install. Did not know how to do the work, lied when confronted and ultimately cost me over $1500 with no work installed. Run away.

We contracted this company in high spirits as Johnny seemed professional and explained our situation answering our questions. We even added humidity treatment for our under story and painting the trim because we liked his demeanor. Unfortunately they did not install the gutter guards as arranged in the original quote. Johnny assured us he would come out if we paid more because he made a mistake on the original quote. We agreed, trusting him to get back with us regarding when the work could be done. Unfortunately by 6 months later he hadn't responded to weekly kindly worded texts or fairly regular phone calls - their voicemail was always full and so leaving messages was not an option.

Johnny did contact us as a result of our post here on HomeAdvisor and amended the situation which is the reason we have modified our rating completely. The next day someone came out to install the guards. He apologized for the poor communication and we are thankful that he worked to fix the situation.

I've used them twice for gutter cleaning, and couldn't be happier with their service. They are always friendly, efficient, and do a great job.
I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them again.
