Then I'm assuming you won't be using us again. That is unfortunate. I'm sure you don't work at your job for free. Every job we do takes time and money. The houses are 7.61 miles apart from each other and takes 14 min to get to without traffic. They got out materials and ladders and scaled your roof and chimney to do the work. All to do things I'm assuming you did not want to do. We carry full insurance and licenses all of which cost money. Thank you for your payment. Perhaps in the future you can find someone with less experience and insurance that will work on your house for $10. Thank you.

Autumn gave me this response from this company when I had let them know they charged me more than what I was told and had agreed to. Not very professional I would suggest you go somewhere else if you were looking for gutter cleaning.

Was very happy with Pro Gutter Cleaning and Repair! We had just moved into a new home that desperately needed clearing out of the gutters. We were able to have the team come out within a week. They were very timely, quick service, and very friendly. Would recommend to a friend!

After the cleaning was done I found shingles knocked off my roof. I contacted the business and they refused to do the repair after I sent them a picture where you can see there are no trees that could've knocked them off. She said they repair shingles after wind damage and that someone could come out and give me an estimate. Sounds like a scam to knock off shingles and then come out and charge me more for the repair. Very poor work and customer service. I would not trust them. Do not recommend this group.

He responds quickly to calls, gutters thoroughly cleared of debris and clean up with perfection. Matt the owner came out and measured my home and had a custom cut 40ft solid gutters on both sides of my house! now i am a contractor myself so of course i look for any imperfections or leveling issues and i must say this crew nailed it!! With not one flaw or imperfection you can tell this crew puts thier heart into it!

I recently needed some gutter cleaning and repairs. Its not a big job but its certainly not easy since I've never had them done in all the years I've owned the place.

I went online and google some places and found a few names. I called a few places but got their voicemail. The folks here were the only ones that picked up the phone....amazing I actually talked to a live person! I was able to schedule a estimate and got them cleaned in no time. They showed up on time (you hearing this X-finity) got to work and in a few hours it looked brand spanking new! I highly recommend them.
