I just received a attorney lawsuit from Pro Roofing Company. I did the whole metal roof with them a year ago here in Hollywood I pay them already 35.000 and now I found out my house have a Demand because this company didn't pay them the Materials these people are terrible and a big liars and they will have very bad consequences from me.

Last October I did a loan through the PACE program financed with Forti Fi for the replacement of my roof. Currently there are two liens against my property for non-payment to their suppliers one year later. Ginni told me they were going to take care of the payments, and to disregard the letter...bad and costly decision we ever made, here we are one year later.

We tried reaching out to Pro-Form Roofing, emails undeliverable, was told the owner had medical issues and they will get back to us, no respond from Robert who took the order via phone and text messages, and of course the missing the office manager Ginni her email address is undeliverable, left messages with their so call answering service lady.

We just made our first annual payment to the Broward County Tax department. Where am I going to get the money to pay this debt of, when we already funded the project in full. Now, we must hire a lawyer which is going to cost us money or we pay $7,698 to the supplier and kiss our savings and goodbye or sue Preform Roofing to get our money back via a lawsuit. Why should the homeowner be on the hook for nonpayment when the contractor has already been paid in full.

I would absolutely , positively, NEVER in a million years ever work with such a corrupt company again. Not only did they NOT finish the job, the roof leaks every time it rains. The owner, nor the non-professional contractor (Robert) will NOT answer our phone calls or our attorneys phone call. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed that this company has gotten away with the ""robbery"" they call ""service"". They are complete SCAMMERS. DO NOT, I repeat ""DO NOT"" give these people your money. They will come, do part of the work, be rude and not finish. They disrespected my mom, as well as my sister. My nieces had to sleep in the living room for weeks because of the mold in their bedrooms. Floors in two rooms had to be replaced. The entire attic is flooded and still leaks. We have receipts, photos, videos, text messages and emails to prove it. I would say you get what you pay for, however, it was very expensive. If you have not realized by now, I am beyond mortified at this disgusting excuse for a company. I will write a review on every single platform, including the notice I sent to the FBI because of this scam of a company.

After two roof installs in 18 months we can't say enough how great this company is! We have worked with Richard and the Pro-form crew on two different roofs. The first roof was a year and a half ago when they did our beautiful blue metal roof. (I'm in love with the color!). They made the process so smooth and easy. The work was clean and quick.
A month ago we contacted Pro-form for my elderly friend to replace her shingle roof. They did the job in less than a week after getting the permits! She is thrilled with the job they did and it looks beautiful. Will definitely recommend Pro-form to anyone needing a roof.

I waited a couple months to write this because I wanted to experience some raining months with our new roof. And all I can say, the roof is amazing! In the beginning, we had so many issues finding a company that could work with our type of roof. Our home is an all cedar A-beam style home with cathedral ceilings and no attic. It had tongue and groove cedar wood ceiling that needed planks replaced, new insulation with plywood and all brand new architectural shingles. And Pro-Form handled it all. Their customer service was great. Super responsive, Sent me photos throughout the whole process so we can see it step by step. Genni who works in the office was amazing, always willing to answer my questions and very friendly. Overall, we love our roof and look forward to having them help us with our windows framing soon as possible.

I was getting ready to put my house on the market and knew the 20+ yr old would be a problem, so I got quotes from three different companies. Not only was Pro Form Roofing the cheapest but also got the job done within the week, so I could proceed to market. I'm very happy with the end product and couldn't have asked for a better company to get the job done. Thank you Robert and everyone at Pro Form!

Customer service was exceptional right up until the time that I actually booked them to come and replace my roof. Then, the customer service went to shit. Finally, after missed deadlines, my roof was completed. A year later, I checked my roof to find a shiner on the ridge. I have been calling them for 3 months, trying to get them to come back out to inspect the roof and fix the shiner. I've called over 7 times with nothing but either unresponded to messages or promises that someone will be out, and no one shows up. I do not like to give small businesses bad reviews because I understand the impact of one bad review. However, after this long of dealing with this, I can no longer refrain. Buyer beware when hiring this company.

I am writing for the first time ever about a company but was compeled to do so in order to help other customers from making a mistake by having this company perform your work. I recently purchased a home in Homestead, Fl and upon a few weeks of setting up our washer and dryer I noticed the lint was everywhere in the walls, I investigated this and found the 4"" dryer vent was removed when they did the roof, dryer vent pipping was left thrown in the attic and the access was covered, you can see the original hole in the plywood where they covered over, to add to this after a few storms we also discovered a leak in the hallway on south end of the home near the laundry room. We decided to give the original contractor who did the entire roof a call and see how we can go about getting all this resolved back in December of 2019, mind you the roof was only a year old at the time. I have spoken to quite a few people over there ( Robert, Peter, Jenny) and everytime they say they are coming.To date no one has shown, as of today no return on calls. I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt but I have realized they do not stand behind their customers/craftsmanship. I would never use or recommend this company and hope others shy away as well as a roof is a long term investment and a company that does not stand behind their work should not be in business. I myself am an engineer and own a Mechanical company. I would never subject a customer to this type of poor craftsmanship and unresponsivness.
