Just had Pro Builder replaced my concrete tile roof with CertainTeed Presidential Shake TL shingle. It has been a very pleasant experience working with Marlene and Juan from the very beginning. It started by them giving quick response on Yelp, promptly showed up to take measurements, gave suggestions and came up with estimate, which is among the lowest. The crew is professional and the finished job is neat and clean.

The shingles look gorgeous, as good looking as the Spanish style concrete tiles I replaced. Pretty sure they won't break with people walking on them to clean solar panels, etc, or errands golf balls from golf course next door.
