Ryan Sedillo and Chrisitan Salguero made this whole process super easy, and seamless when dealing with my insurance company. They were there the whole process, even when the insurance company came to do their own inspection. Even after installation, we had some hail about 3 weeks after, Ryan Sedillo came by to inspect the new roof to put our minds at ease. Hopefully I don't have to replace my roof again for some time, but I know who I'm calling when the time comes.

My dad had a new roof installed by Pro American Roofing. Having been through the process before with other companies, not only was he extremely satisfied with the outcome, but he referred me and we recently decided to do our new roof through them as well.
They were outstanding in every aspect. Christian was responsive to all of my questions and basically held our hand through the entire insurance process. They are also Spanish friendly and were able to explain the process to my husband. They were attentive and thorough throughout. The crews cleanliness during the install was also top tier and it only took one full day for completion. I will be recommending them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or even just needing an evaluation. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable.

This is our third roof replacement in 12 years - all based on hail storms - and this was by far the best experience. Pro American was a new company for us and it was delightful - I chose the roof color and that's it. A capable and communicative project manager handled the claims process entirely and was able to do the entire roof replacement in a day, despite having to scrape off the last 4 sets of shingles others left to do it. When he needed to file an additional claim for something that was discovered during the layer-excavation process, he took pictures and talked me through the problem with as much detail as I wanted (which wasn't much ). Overall, they provided a much higher-quality experience than I'd had before within the cost estimates they gave me. When our next hail storm moves through, I'll definitely use Pro American again - highly recommend!

After several hail storms and multiple denials by our insurance company, all the while watching our neighbors get new roofs, Pro American Roofing, LLC was finally able to get us approved. They were honest and above board in doing so, unlike another company we decided not to use.
Robert, Christian, and Christian were a pleasure to work with. They explained the procedure that would occur in working with our insurance company and mortgage company, and they told us exactly what we needed to do in order to avoid delays. They also made a special trip to our house to double check our choice of material and color.
The materials and workers arrived at our house very early on the day the roof was to be installed, and they completed the job in one day. Afterwards they cleaned up all the old shingles and roofing materials before they left.
Finally, they managed to save us a considerable amount of money. We are more than satisfied with the job they did for us and are pleased to recommend them without reservation.
