I'm sure many of our neighbors have seen the signs around the neighborhood. One of their customer service reps made contact with us and my husband agreed to let them have an adjuster come out and see if there was enough hail damage that insurance would cover to replace the roof. They were very quick in this process. However that's where the speediness came to a grinding halt.
They made an appt to pick up the check, and were 30 min late (intruding into our dinner time). They kept going around and around about the check, and a month later told my husband that the insurance company had to indorse it. Ok, so we had the insurance company reissue the check. They made another apt so they could pick up the new check. They were a no show. Next day my husband called them and they gave him excuses as to why the contractor never came (had wrong number tried to call us-but they never had a problem contacting before and the contractor got caught up on another home) By now we were already fed up. They made an apt the next day and were an HOUR late. Then they tried to get my husband to cut an additional check for 4K and told him that the insurance would issue a 2k depreciation check and they would give us the difference. We informed them that we would only be paying the deductible. In which they said they would get the depreciation check after the job was done from insurance and keep that. (Instead of us fronting those monies)
Because they have been jerking us around they told us that they would bump us to the top of the list. Told my husband they would give him a call and it would be done within the week. They called him last Tues, and told him it would be either Friday or Sat. They dropped off product Fri so we assumed it would get done Saturday. No phone call, nothing. Yes I know it was cold, but as a good business practice you let your customers know if there is a change.. Husband called the work cell phone, as Nicole said she has the phone at all times. Left a msg, no callback. I called yesterday, left msg, no call back. I called again and got Nicole on the phone. She said that due to the weather their contractor was behind. She called me back as said they would get to us today.
So why is it at 7pm she called me last night and said now it won't be until Thursday. So product will by then sitting outside my house for almost a week. We can't pull cars into the garage, and anyone could come and steal the product because they didn't secure it.
So my point is: Buyer beware. They're eager to take your money, but their customer service/care is lacking and they don't complete jobs in a reasonable time. It's been since October that we have been jerked around by this company. If we hadn't already given them money and they bought product we would have fired them already.
I can't review their quality of work or how fast they get done because we can't get anyone to the flipping house!
