We used this company for a new roof on my mom's mobile home, not realizing they weren't local to the Central Coast. The salesperson was helpful and worked with us to get the price down a bit which we appreciated and they did their best to get us financing (helpful tip: if you have a parent with Alzheimers', and you are their POA, they still can't apply for a loan if their drivers' license is expired).

They were the quickest turnaround which is why we went with them since my mom's roof was leaking and it was a safety hazard.

My only complaint is that they left the job site having not cleaned up and then said they were waiting until the day of the inspection the following week. I am not buying it. Regardless, when I called (I had to call twice over three days) they got out there on the second call to clean up the debris. They should just clean up on their last day regardless if they are coming back out or not as it makes them look bad, tbh. But my mom's elderly tenant realllly didn't appreciate it, either.

Absolutely horrible! Be advised, they will tell you anything and everything you want to hear to get you to sign a contract. Then they will do a horrid job, they will take much longer than promised (told me 3 days and took 3 weeks), then stop returning your calls/texts when they get paid. The project manager (Brandon) will get defensive and rude if you question him or express concern. I have no idea how they have any positive reviews. You have been warned, don't make the same mistake I made!

Pristine roofing reroofed our home last spring and did a fantastic job. They were professional...did excellent work, and were reasonably priced. Great choices for shingles, pleasant crew... I would Definitely Recommend them... they are Terrific!!

Best roofer in California 5 Star! After the major storm we had here in Fresno March of 2023 our roof finally gave up in several places and needed to be changed. We got several quotes and color options from other roofers but so thankful we went with Pristine roofing. A family member suggested them after they used them for their shaver cabin metal roof a few years ago. Mike came right away got us a quote and gave better pricing and options than from other competitors. Also they had better reviews too! We can see why, everything was seamless, the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted how we wanted it. It seriously transformed our whole house! They have financing options, and use quality brand name materials. They have warranties and stand behind their work. Cassie in the office was great when we needed to get a hold of her for paperwork. Even the paperwork was super easy. Purchasing a roof is a major decision and I'm glad we did our research online and from family. We highly recommend pristine roofing just like everyone else! Thank you for everything!

Best roofer in Central California hands down. Spent 3 years looking for a top tier roofer who could handle a job in the Sierras. Called several of their top competitors and they were clueless about the Shaver Lake, Big Creek, Huntington Lake, and Lakeshore areas.

Luckily pristine roofing and their crew understand the logistics of the mountains and time frame of getting a metal roof on before the snow comes. A lot of the properties in this area were custom built tens of decades ago so you need an experienced roofer who knows what they're doing.

Their entire staff and crew were outstanding. Very experienced, professional, hardworking and trustworthy. Interacting with them through Google in the beginning was a breeze too. People in their crew have decades of experience while at the same time they're up to date with technology so paperwork and communicating with them was a breeze! Usually you don't get both.

From start to finish the entire process was seamless and stress-free. They use quality materials, stand behind their work, and are extremely patient. They made sure everything was perfect and definitely went above and beyond to get this right. Best decision and purchase we have made.

Dealing with Cassie in the office was great, and Mike and Ken did a great job explaining the whole process during their initial walkthrough. Robert, Jason, JR, Croy and Mark made a difficult job look easy!

We couldn't be happier! Their name says it all, it came out pristine! I would recommend them to everyone and anyone who cares about their property and wants the job done right the first time and to last for decades! Finally no more leaks and wasting time and money on subpar repair jobs!
