Where to start with my experience with Priority Roofing, let me start with Paul Nelson don't forget his name if you want great service, Excellent communication on what is to be done and if you have any concerns he will explain everything in great length and where you can understand what will happen and how long job will take. The roofing took 1 day they arrived about 7:30am and they were done by 4pm. They did such a great job. They are all very professional and price is very reasonable. I recommend this company for your roofing needs and ask for Paul Nelson he is such a professional you can tell he loves his job and is very knowledgeable and very friendly he went above and beyond to help such great service. We have needed a new roof for 2-3 years. Battling with the insurance. Couldn't get it resolved. Got free roof inspection from Priority Roofing. Spoke with Matthew Gaglione. He explained to us in great detail about the roof. He took a look at our roof. We needed a new roof! He sat down and showed us the colors and the price that would fit our budget. Since my husband is retired and I'm disabled. We talked in great length how process will proceed. Picked out 3 choices of colors for the roof. Within a week the new roof was installed. I'm so very happy. The crew came on Friday (09/18/2020). Within 8 hours the job was done and inspected by Matthew Gaglione. No hidden fees. The company was true their word. The quote that we received was true! The crew cleaned everything up and no nails or trash left on the yard like that last contractor we had in the past. I definitely will refer my friends and family to this company. Matthew Gaglione you rock! Business is business. This one happy home now! Don't settle for any company, Priority Roofing is the best!!!!! So professional!!!!!

The owner came unannounced to my home at 8:00 pm. First rang the door bell which we did not answer as we were already in bed and our infant son was sleeping. Then, he started knocking loudly on the door which startled and woke up our baby. Very inconsiderate and unlawful, as you need a permit in Farmers Branch to solicit. Many neighbors have complained to the police and BBB about this company. He promised to change his obtrusive marketing but apparently he is as dishonest as he is rude and inconsiderate. Don't do business with someone who cares nothing about other people.
