Our new roof started to appear around October 2017 when a friendly and pleasant gentleman named Daniel Johnson knocked on our door and asked if we had gotten any estimates to replace our roof since last April's hailstorm here in Duncanville, Texas. I said no, because I thought our roof seemed to be fine. After a few minutes of chit-chat he politely left.

A couple of months he later he stopped back by and asked again if we had gotten an estimate and I said we still had not, but thanks for checking in anyway. With that Daniel said he would gladly go up onto our roof and inspect it more closely and take photographs so I could get a better idea of the damage that had occurred. I agreed and up he went. Sure enough the shingles appeared to have quite a bit of damage that was not that visible from the ground and our metal wind turbines were extremely dented (More than I had realized). Again, Daniel politely left and said to get back to him if I do make the decision to proceed with the repair.

Then in April, 2018 when the hail damage was almost a year old I decided that if I was going to file an insurance claim that it would be best to do that before the 365-day mark from the date of the incident. And so I did.

We happen to have had several outdoor home improvement projects going at this particular time already and Daniel and Priority worked with my schedule to do their replacement work. So about a month after I agreed to have Priority do the roof replacement they began their work. We did have to call and reschedule the start date because one of our project's got delayed and that was quite workable for Priority.
Materials were delivered to our home on a Friday and early the next week the workers and Daniel showed up on the day we had previously planned to start on our roof. In a matter of only two days the whole project was done and it was done in a professional manner and looked great! They even did a little extra by replacing plywood and and shingles on top of our leaking add-on back porch. It was a pleasure to have that occasional leak-fest replaced!

Daniel even gave me a great recommendation for a house painter. As a result we ended up looking great from top to bottom!

Daniel's gentle persistence paid off for him and for us and for our forty-four year old home that now has a great new complexion! My wife and I were quite pleased and I can confidently recommend Daniel and Priority Contracting & Roofing to you if you're in the market.

Extremely pleased with the work Micah did for my parents home in garland. My parents are very pleased with the work as well. He treated me and my folks very well and he really cared about there home and making sure everything went perfectly for them and what really helped was him making sure all the trash and everything was gone and everything was cleaned up after. He kept checking to make sure we where happy with the roof and we are very pleased with the quality of service and thoughtfulness put into my parents home. It felt like he treated us as tho we were his family.

Wow, Priority Contracting has made my new roof experience amazingly fantastic! My contractor Teresa turns everything she touches to gold! She made the process of getting a new roof seamless!

When I called in to Priority to ask a few questions, I was answered by the office manager named Victoria. What a thoughtful person! She was very sweet in answering all of my questions, and went above and beyond by sending me a fruit basket at the end of the process!

Living in this area I've had a few roofs replaced by other companies in the past and none have been as great to work with as Priority roofing. Priority roofing ( salesman was Hernan) replaced my roof in June and followed up every day with the install Team. He also followed thru to completion on every promise he made so that I would be completely satisfied. Many other homeowners on my street are having their roofs replaced by Priority due to the great reputation they are building.
