Prior Roofing installed my roof for a quote of $7000. When the insurance company finally paid out 2 months later, priority roofing presented me with an invoice for $7700.47....they added $700 to the final invoice.
They are not trustworth. Do not do business with them.

Kevin with Priority cold called me and performed a free roof inspection at his request. He told me I had significant hail damage and he was sure that I would get a new roof if I made a claim with my insurance company. I was skeptical but made claim anyway as he said he would be there during inspection to point out damage if adjuster didn't see any. 30 minutes before insurance inspection Kevin calls and says he can't make the inspection. Adjuster finds no damage whatsoever and Kevin would never return my calls even though he claimed there was so much damage . Very crappy to do this to a customer, unprofessional. Basically a fishing expedition and I do not recommend this company.

The most reliable roofing company in the Nation, in my 25 plus years in the Military. Employees are very honest and knowledgeable when it comes to roof inspection, claims from storms and roof construction. I recommend Priority Roofing 100% honest.

Unbelievable how hard Zach with Priority Roofing worked with our insurance company. I was a skeptic, but he made a believer out of me. If your roof is like mine was, 16+ years old and your convinced your insurance company would never cover the. It's of replacement - call Zach at (210) 427-2278 and see what he can do.

With all of the supply chain and labor issues these day, this company did excellent and timely work for me.
You heard a lot of bad things about a lot of roofing companies, but in my experience these are definitely one of the good guys.
I highly recommend them.

Got a call from an unknown number 210-229-8380, telling us that they were going to send someone out to inspect our roof. Didn't give a name nor company name or if we were even interested. I later called back to ask about the company because it sounded fishy. The guy said his name was ""Felix"" and that he worked at Texas Roofing Pros or something similar and he gave me this information only after being pressed. He didn't want to give it up? I just asking for his name and company to make sure who is supposed to be coming by. He became very emotional and started harassing me for even wanting to know more. When a sales contractor did come by I finally got a company name and it was this one not the Texas Roofing Pro like this 'Felix' guy said.

Whether or not he works for you I will not be using this company now or in the future because of the unprofessionalism your Felix guy showed.
