Disappointed, he came out in September and gave me a price. Said he would get back within a week to do the work. Nothing was done.

Called left messages over and over finally after about a week he calls back said he would have someone come out and fix that following Wed. No one came.

I had to go out of town early October and really wanted this to be fixed prior to me going out of town. It's December 17th and going back and forth to returned messages and no call backs. Estimate expired the 30th but he should still honor it since it's me waiting on him to get back to me not the other way around.

He just leaves you hanging and he's not dependable

Priority 1 Roofing and Construction sets the bar high for other contractors and is a stellar example of integrity and a ""do it right"" culture. I was referred to David and his team by a mutual acquaintance and I'm glad the connection was made. My project was fairly small and I was trying to manage getting the job completed from nearly 1800 miles away. Not the best scenario when having a new roof installed. David was great to work with through the whole process. From getting the quote, navigating weather and other unforeseen challenges, finding termites (yikes!), more weather, and all the way through to the final invoice, I felt like I was a priority and that my project was important. David provided me pictures along the way to help me feel at ease so I knew work was progressing and he was always responsive to every phone call, text and email. Thank you David and team!
