I made an insurance claim to replace my roof and Primestar was there to help me every step of the way. They were there when the adjuster came to look at the roof and made sure I was informed about what was going on. As for the actual replacement, everything was as smooth as could be. It is a messy process, but they left my house in great condition. They also replaced the entire roof in a day! Nuram Lee was the guy that I worked with most of the time and he made sure we were taken care of. He came out the next day to walk around the house with me and made sure I was satisfied. I really appreciated that.
