My name is Pat. I am a senior citizen that just wanted an updated kitchen. Joe Cornett took my money and never worked one day. This man is a horrible person and contractor and I wished I had never met him. He had had every excuse in the book and I still do not have all my money back. I hope people read these reviews before hiring him; I didn't and I regret it every day. This man does not need to be in this business; he needs to be in jail for taking people's money.

Please do not use this guy Joe he is a crook he agreed to do the construction work on my house put on a new roof do work in the inside he used all cheap materials and try to cut corners on every which way he could never spent the amount of money that the insurance company allowed him to spend in each room I first gave him $9,000 he went out to purchase the roofing supplies and put them on top of my roof October 28th and they stay there for 15 days or more the dump the side of my yard for over a month he has first contractors in my house and then they disappeared then the contractor came back and said to me the check that he paid them bounced and said I said bad things about them contractor which was not true .the contact to keep calling him and he never answers the phone two and a half weeks or 3 weeks later he brings in a second crew of contractors and we are having the same issue no supplies they keep calling him and you don't answer the phone they have been buying supplies out of their pocket Ready Steady asking for more money and now the second crew or contact us do not want to finish the work because he will not pay them and my house is still in a mess Furniture is everywhere no business sleeping they all in the living room the roofing is finished but the carport has not been finished I have been sleeping on my couch for over two weeks now and it has nothing to do with the contractor's that's working inside my house I really like them they are very good people and I would recommend them for other jobs but not Joe he is a crook he is money hungry I wish I could put zero but I can't
