I dont even want to give a star for this company. How does a business stay in business when the job they were hired for is not done, not once but twice. Cleaning gutters out so water drains freely is what the job description was. The workers did very little to clear the gutters and downspouts. When confronted about the poor quality of work done. The workers said we are not authorized to do what your asking. WHAT?. The 2nd time which was actually to do the job right from the first time, was not done again. The gutters were not cleaned again and where the caulking was put to seal leaks was put on the outside and looks so ghetto, and now painting will have to be done to cover up the caulking. White caulking on burghundy painted gutters! The work order clearly says gutters to be cleaned and sealed. Again tte works said they were not authorized to clean the gutters!. I copied the work order and told the worker I did not want to sign the work order because the job was not done. 2x the job was not done properly or complete. So, if you dont really care what your building looks like and if your gutters are draining correctly go with this company! You will get the 99 cent ghetto fabulous job!. This company needs the BBB in their face!.

We are very pleased with our Prime Waterproofing and Roofing experience after our roof needed replacement recently. Rene came to our home and did a roof inspection. He worked with our schedule to do the inspection and afterward provided a detailed report with pictures and a fair cost estimate for the replacement roof. This was all done at no cost to us.

Rene was our contact person and was very helpful and provided a simple explanation of the issues and some basic roofing 101 education to help us make a decision on a replacement.

Rene was very courteous and friendly and never pressured us to make a decision throughout the process. Thank you for your excellent customer service from working so well with us and giving us great ideas on our replacement tiles and colors. The entire work crew was professional, courteous and did first class work on our roof and entranceway...looks beautiful.

I hate to put a review about a company I have never used. But I want to just wanted to mention that whoever was driving a huge truck loaded with stuff in the fast (left) lane today probably doesn't have a drivers license. I get that the worst driver could be the best doctor in the world. So once again it slightly pains me to review a company based on driving when they are a roofing company, but when someone is dropping random trash onto the freeway and driving 60 down the fast lane, I have to question the ability.
