We are getting an inground pool and are required to get gutters on our home prior to the dig phase. I'll admit that I was NOT happy about this. I've seen so many houses where the gutters stood out and looked out of place on the home.
Someone recommended Prime Seamless Gutters to me. They came the same week to view the house and give me a quote. Ariel was professional, on time and explained everything thoroughly to me. The price was also more reasonable that I expected.
Once we committed, the install appointment was made very quickly. I had actually expected it to take a few weeks. Jacob and Rich arrived promptly. They were friendly, professional and very skilled. I was absolutely ecstatic when they were finished. I couldn't even tell we had them in the back of the house. I am really amazed how much they made it look like a natural part of the house. Jacob also spent additional time answering my questions and even gave me a great idea for an issue we have on one side of the house.
I am very, very pleased. As someone who didn't even want gutters on my home, I'm glad that we did and I would highly recommend Prime Seamless to anyone.

Not wanting to climb ladders any more, I believed the commercials for this product. The company in the ads I watched had more work than they could handle I guess, because i got a busy signal for 2 days. Called Prime and they came out, gave me a quote and work began. Prime could not complete the installation due to back order of supplies. Had to call them to ask when they were going to finish the job and to tell them not to expect final payment until completion. Seemed like that was news to them. Fast forward
to this spring. Oak trees did their thing and clogged up gutters. Was told ''that's maintenance. Sorry you misunderstood.'' During recent rains noticed water coming over edges. Money not well spent.

Fantastic work. I scheduled a quote and Billy came and was very personable and knowledgeable about everything. Answered all of my questions and scheduled our install date. Prime was very good with working with our schedule as we had to postpone once due to waiting on HOA approval. When they arrived promptly at 8am, they were finished by 11:30am or so and the work was well done. Love supporting this business as they are local and a Christian company. GreenSky payment plan works well too with 12 mon no interest, was a no brained. Will recommend to friends and family as well.

I hired Prime Seamless a little more than a year ago to install gutters all around my house. Their sales associate named Mike was very polite and helpful. On the day of the installation, they were on time, the installation went great and they left everything clean. Then, the problems started. A couple of months later when we finally got a strong rain, I noticed a lot of water dripping in one part of the gutters. I called the company right away and after sending someone to take a look, they told me I would have to pay $400 extra to get it fixed. Apparently, my house is older construction (1978), it has a flat tile roof without drip edge flashing. So, they would have to install the flashing and charge me for it. Why wasn't I notified that during installation? If they knew that it could be a future issue, they should have let me know before giving me the estimate and quoted me accordingly. After several back and forth emails they finally sent their repair team. The repair didn't work. I notified them two months ago that the gutters were still leaking... no response.  I contacted them again two weeks ago and so far no answers. I do not recommend Prime Seamless, even though they have amazing reviews. You truly learn about a company's customer service when you run into issues.

Called this company for an estimate. Mr. Ortiz came out and gave us an estimate by the end of the day. We appreciated the promptness. We called him back to inform him that we were military family and asked if he would apply it to our estimate. He assured us that he would apply a military discount. After receiving what we thought was an adjusted rate given our military status, none was applied.

All he did do was take a charge off for an extension hose we did not want. This company was a referral from another military family where in their estimate it clearly stated in red ""military discount."" We are not sure what is going on with this company or maybe it is just Mr. Ortiz. This is certainly odd behavior by this company. If you are military family, be aware. Seek out the services of another company who is fair with all their customers.
