I was very impressed with the gutter service. I called a few places requesting someone to quote me on repair work, and it seemed that the only thing companies were wanting to do is to do new installs. Prime was happy to do the repairs I needed, their team was professional, on-time and explained all the work to us. The price was reasonable, a value, and I would recommend them.

hired Prime for gutters and a roof dyer vent install. The gutters are fine but the roofing crew screwed up the vent install. I purchased a DyerJack vent for this project. The dryerJack is a great vent and is installed with two pieces. One is the vent and the other is the vent insert. In order for proper operation, the insert MUST be secured to both the DryerJack external vent and secured to the roof decking with proper fasteners. When the 6 person crew showed up, I explained to the Forman how this vent needed to be installed. He spoke very little English but seemed like he understood. I witnessed the install. As the guy was installing the vent, he failed to nail down the insert and secured it to the DryerJack. He also failed to use the pre drilled holes on the DryerJack external vent and forced nail fasteners into the powder coat, damaging the vents weather proofing. My roof is 12/12 so its pretty darn steep and that's why I hired a ""professional crew""... I failed. I spoke with the Forman and he said it was fine. I disagreed. I would not hire these guys for any roofing projects. They couldn't build bird house roof. They are less than average workers and the project manager is way below average when it comes to understanding simple install projects. They are truly the missing link...in roofing. Once I have the proper tools to safely fix my vent... I will load pictures for proof concerning this project. Bottom line... Beware of these roofers. They cut corners and disregard customer concerns.

We are getting an inground pool and are required to get gutters on our home prior to the dig phase. I'll admit that I was NOT happy about this. I've seen so many houses where the gutters stood out and looked out of place on the home.
Someone recommended Prime Seamless Gutters to me. They came the same week to view the house and give me a quote. Ariel was professional, on time and explained everything thoroughly to me. The price was also more reasonable that I expected.
Once we committed, the install appointment was made very quickly. I had actually expected it to take a few weeks. Jacob and Rich arrived promptly. They were friendly, professional and very skilled. I was absolutely ecstatic when they were finished. I couldn't even tell we had them in the back of the house. I am really amazed how much they made it look like a natural part of the house. Jacob also spent additional time answering my questions and even gave me a great idea for an issue we have on one side of the house.
I am very, very pleased. As someone who didn't even want gutters on my home, I'm glad that we did and I would highly recommend Prime Seamless to anyone.

Not wanting to climb ladders any more, I believed the commercials for this product. The company in the ads I watched had more work than they could handle I guess, because i got a busy signal for 2 days. Called Prime and they came out, gave me a quote and work began. Prime could not complete the installation due to back order of supplies. Had to call them to ask when they were going to finish the job and to tell them not to expect final payment until completion. Seemed like that was news to them. Fast forward
to this spring. Oak trees did their thing and clogged up gutters. Was told ''that's maintenance. Sorry you misunderstood.'' During recent rains noticed water coming over edges. Money not well spent.
