This is a great company and I have used them on several occasions. Every time I have contacted this company they have responded to each and every request quickly and efficiently. They are very knowledgeable and professional in storm claims! They also saved me a ton of money on my roof!!! I've had them work on both of my properties and they have done a magnificent job on both of my houses. They always clean up very well and they do everything that they say they're going to do, if it were possible I would give this company 10 stars.

My roof was severely damaged from a hail storm, which lead to a leak in my house. I heard about this company from a neighbor, contacted them and the came out inspected the roof. They were present when the insurance company inspected to make sure insurance company approved it. Once approved they got right on replacing the roof. They did it thouroughly and the owner explained what was done and why it was correctly done. I would highly recommend the company to anyone who may need a roof.

I Robert A Gee got hired as a sub contractor ( insurance recovery specialist ) turning in claims to Prime Roofing ( Owner Bobby ) & the first approved claim I gave to Prime Roofing he would not pay me fully.

I give this idiot a one star because he grew up on a country farm and he really thinks he is a smart guy :-() lol

His pitch ( sales pitch ) is by far the stupidest pitch I have ever heard ( look in my pocket I have one roof ) he is by far the most con of cons ..lol

The work looked nice but three years later I'm finding all the problems they left. I have two roof leaks that we have called 5 times and talked to two different people, one was an office person the other the salesman/insurance claims specialist. But after a month, they have not responded.

They promise they will send someone before the end of the week. No one shows up or calls back. We call again, and again they make the same promise. Now the office person doesn't take our calls.

I just went up to investigate some more and found two holes where they punched through the roof decking, one of those holes is where there is a leak. Sloppy work and lousy service. They gave a five year warranty which we now know was meaningless. Nice folks to talk to, but it appears that that's all they do, talk and make useless promises. I do not recommend using this company.

Completely unprofessional and invasive of privacy. They came to my house on the daily, peering into my windows and backyard trying to solicit. They even continued to do so after I accepted their roofing service offer. Then when I attempted to contact the manager, he read my messages and never gave a response. We decided to drop the service and find someone else and yet EVEN STILL they showed up at my house today, different employees yet again peering into my CLOSED BLINDS, bending down to see inside them, walking the perimeter of my house, knocking on windows and doors and leaving signs up on my property for our neighbors to see. That is entirely unacceptable and unworthy of my business. I will be looking for my roofing services elsewhere.

Their drivers needs to be more cautious on the road. Almost got hit by one off of beltway 8 and Bellaire Blvd. he merged into the interstate without looking or signaling. Could've caused a bad wreck!

Contrary to the experiences described by others, my experience with Prime Roofing was quite good. Importantly, Prime and I went through various options including materials, timing, costs, and costs, among other items. After reaching terms, Prime delivered as expected. I have a great looking roof, had few stray nails to pick up, and within budget. One notable thing I should add, Prime made some additional repairs without making any fuss or trying to nickel or dime us.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is absolutely THE WORST customer service ever. Not only are they incredibly unprofessional, they are rude and over promise as a previous reviewer has said. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and DO NOT pay in full.

They could have potentially killed my dog because their idiotic workers left chicken bones in my yard!!!! They did not clean up all the nails. They started work and dropped their materials off without any notice. They cheated me out on the covering on part of my roof and took the rest home to probably sell. If there's a problem with the roof, don't expect them to come even though it's under warranty. The list goes on!!!

Stay far away from these people. I hope they go out of business because it's ridiculous how these people can get away with this. The sales man will try to upsell but wont do all the work, so do not fall for it. WORST COMPANY EVER.

Want to know how to receive an unfinished job, look no further than this outfit. They will come in with promises to fix areas in a scope of work then disappear for a year leaving you to finish it yourself. Only once they are out of money will they come calling for any remaining work that needs to be done. But only after requesting the money upfront. Sorry you don't get paid until the work is completed. If they will disappear when work is available they surely will disappear once paid and the work still will be incomplete. You also don't get to defraud people and scam your way out doing what was contracted and still expect to be paid in full. If you need a new roof look elsewhere.
