Armando L.Jorge came over to view my solar tube project. He was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great conversation but that's where it ended. He told me he was going to send me the estimate a day later but nothing. Called him a few days later and spoke to him. Still got nothing. Reached out to the office and no word. I will update my review once they reach out to me. If you don't want the job then tell me. Just bad customer service.
Update- Jorge immediately reached out and we figured out the problem. Incorrect email. With that out of the way and the quote right where we want it, we have gone with Prime Roofing. I will provide a further update when the work commences.
Update- project completed and it looks amazing. Even better than we anticipated. The coordination with Jorge and Vicente as great and they got the job done in a few hours. The value was definitely worth it. So glad that I reached out again to figure out the estimate.
Earle I.I have been in the construction business all my life and I'm 75 now. I have a tile roof. This company sent a fellow out to give me a price. They sent me the finest quote professionally done including photos and a complete explanation of materials. Because he could not see what was under the roofing they addressed the dreaded hidden dry wrought clause. Which we all know is there but not really in your face yet. Well not only did they complete the project in record time they fixed the dry wrought without any extra cost. It was a small dry wrought area of course, but I guess what I'm saying is they didn't stick it to me and charge me an extra cost. This company ""Prime Roofing"" is very good at what they do! Thanks again Prime Roofing.
