I was contacted by sales Steve C.and Brandon J. (Prime Roofing and Construction) about roof replacement on 08/26/2019. Steve and Brandon requested me to remit $1000 for deposit on 09/18/2019 for the repair job. I have asked them about when the job will be scheduled since but to no avail. Therefore, I have requested the consumer protection agency on 11/22/2019 in order to resolve this issue. Instead, Prime Roofing requested my insurance company to pay them $1910 ($1000 as refund to me and $910 directly to Prime Roofing) on 12/04/2019 for a cheap tarp they put on the roof. Accordingly, the insurance company rejected their request citing the tarp was not necessary besides the company even put it on the wrong spot. Throughout the mediation process consumer protection agency has initiated numerous attempts to contact the company for a period of more than two months, Prime Roofing eventually agreed to return $600 (subtracted $400 for expenses incurred) on 02/04/2020. This is an irresponsible, unresponsive, and dishonest group includes Eric Del C, Steve C, Brandon J, and others. They have been associated with various business names, Prime Roofing and Construction, Artisan Roofing Services, BC and J Enterprises, Southern Sky Roofing and Solar. Do your research (reviews and ratings), ask friends for recommendations before you decide to hire them for your next job if you do not want to become the next victim like me. Beware!
