Our building needed a new shingle roof. The old roof had multiple leaks, and pieces were literally falling off, so it was in really bad shape. We got quotes from four different roofing companies and did thorough research on each. I looked at everything: warranties, years in business, their standing with the Contractor State License Board, how they handled damaged wood decking repairs, and whether they were an Owens Corning preferred contractor. While Prime American Roofing wasn't the lowest bidder, I felt they were the best choice for our project.

Now that it's done, I'm so glad we went with them. Working with Prime American Roofing was by far the easiest and smoothest contractor experience I've ever had. They estimated the job would take two weeks, but they finished in just four days! Jonathan, our project manager, kept us updated daily with photos and was super easy to communicate with. We passed all our inspections without needing any reinspections.

I can't recommend Prime American Roofing enough. It's been a month since the project finished, and I'm still impressed with how smoothly everything went. Huge thanks to Jonathan and the whole team!
