When we used this company over the summer, my husband seemed very happy with their customer service and that the owner was directly involved. Once the repair was complete and we discovered the leak was still continuing, they came back and reevaluated to discover they didn't find the entire problem. The gentleman who reviewed this did not have the authority to make any guarantees to me that there would be no charge to take care of it and handed me a NEW estimate. I was told the manager would call us to discuss. My husband was then told it would be another $2000 for the channel to be installed. We have a tile roof. My husband told him absolutely not, we aren't paying another dime since we paid for the first round of work which was extremely expensive and it not only didn't fix the leak, it made it worse. This went on for several months and now that it's colder weather, the leak has spread inside the house. We know exactly what needs to be done and called them back to try and work something out as we've had two other roofers over a period of 7 years that could not fix the leak nor would they guarantee their work (although they only cost half of what this company charged us). Interestingly, when we called today their number was out of service, their website was under construction and we have called every number associated with this company all of which are disconnected. They are listed on GAF's website, Trust Dale, and several others so obviously if they went out of business it was recent but they certainly haven't informed the people who are recommending them. Extremely disappointed because now we have to start all over again and we are out over $1000 for a repair that didn't even hold through one rainy day.

I called Pride Roofing to have someone come out and provide me an estimate to replace the roof over my garage. I had to wait 3 weeks to even get an estimator to my house. The company did not call and confirm the day before, I called to confirm. The morning of the appointment, it rained and my 9-11 window was pushed to sometime after 11. At this point I asked about rescheduling and they said it would be another 2-3 weeks to reschedule. I asked the follow-up question, if I did decide to go with your company when could I expect someone to complete the repairs. The gentleman told me they are scheduling mid October. I cancelled my appointment at that time. I have a leaky roof, I do not have another 6 weeks to wait for the repair after I have already waited 3 weeks for the estimator to come out.

I made a great decision going with Pride roofing. After receiving a roof inspection my wife and I had many question that were all answered and all of our concerns were addressed. They genuinely appeared to make sure we understood the issues we had and that they were willing to be patient with all our questions, which I appreciate greatly. After the roof was complete they left things neat & clean which is always a plus! So far it's been 6 months since the roof has been replaced and everything is holding up great, there are no leaks and it looks amazing.

I was initially very impressed with this company; I hired them to replace the roof on my home. I am usually an advocate of small businesses, enjoy providing positive feedback and would prefer not to share negative experiences.

However, I think it is essential for the public to be aware of my experience to prevent the possibility of financial harm as well as prevent an unnecessary bad experience.

The foreman on this job left to pick up materials at Home Depot which is less then 4 miles from my home. He arrived back 3 1/2 hrs later incapable of working either from drug or alcohol use. He was terminated the next day. Unfortunately, there was a continuum of problems but the most serious in nature was certainly the fact that Pride Roofing withheld funds to the supplier of the shingles which almost resulted in a lien placed on my home.

I would strongly suggest not hiring this company.

DO NOT USE!! Pride roofing completed a large project for me and the end result was a mess and a invoice that did not match the quote. If you are going to use them make sure to really look closely at the quote. They will end up charging more by using the small print. I wish I had not used them. They also made such a mess that my tenants have flat tires due to nails left all over the property
