Our sales rep Adron was amazing to work with. We had never filed a claim before and he and Mark walked us through the whole process and were just a phone call away the entire time to answer any questions. Every concern was addressed quickly with professionalism and courtesy. They even helped us to get our AC fixed with the claim when they noticed the damage done there! I could not be more pleased with the service and though I hope I never have to deal with another insurance roof claim, if it ever does become a need I know exactly who to call! Cannot recommend enough.

If you want to get ripped off, and have shoddy work, and lying salespeople, call Pride Roofing.
I am a verified $23,000 roof sales from them. This is also my business.
I am ranked the best in the nation, the last two years and prepping houses for the market and staging them.

Ozzie, the sales person lied to me over and over. He did nothing to protect me as a homeowner, or the people at work for pride roofing.
I had to start remodeling this house I own, and Ozzy promised that they would not go on the roof until the posts holding up the roof were shored up and safe.
Instead, he pushes the job to get started fast before I am able to get the post fixed, because again, he promised he would make sure they were upright and secure before they went on the roof.
Well, he lied. They did not shore the the posts, and one guy even fell off my roof.
They didn't even tell the owner he fell off!!!!

Do not use pride roofing.
You can end up having a lawsuit and have nothing that you own when you're done. Because if his employees fall off your roof, they can sue you!

Even the owner, who said he would come here and check out the wrinkles in this $23,000 roof line. And he never did is at fault.

The covers to my fans on the roof. They spray painted all of them. I didn't ask them to do that, but they did that.
All of the paint immediately started rolling off and made it look horrible.

Again, I was lied to by Ozzie when he came out here to look at it, and he said they would order new covers for me. That was six months ago. Over and over and over. I have called and asked them to fix these, and they do not. They lie, and rip you off.

Here are the two fan covers that the paint is just rolling off. Again, I didn't ask him to paint any of these things, but now they did, and they ruined them. And they're not fixing it.
