We had some roof work that needed to be done on the addition to our home, Jay came out to give us a quotewhat was fair and reasonable compared to the other bids that we received. Their crew came out and did exactly what they quoted us, thanks so much.

Update, 03/2019.
As part of the remodel of the home Pride in Roofing did the roof on, just this week the guest bath ceiling was removed to make way for new fans and lights. Once the Sheetrock was down, all of the insulation was soaking wet. The rainwater was coming through a poorly installed roof vent flashing. Water damage to the insulation, ceiling and water down the inside of the wall.
Today we will be up in the attic looking for any other leaks. Not good at all.
I'll be calling Pride in Roofing to test their ""warranty"".

A local gem of a company. I had some weird rippling in my 15 year old roof and after calling a few roofers they all seemed perplexed as to what the issue was. I had a few come out to give estimates on a roof replacement but thought they were way over-priced. I decided to keep searching for a roofer and as soon as I told Jon at Pride in Roofing about the rippling, he knew right away that a lack of ventilation was most likely the issue. Jon quickly did a google search of my home and gave me a rough estimate on the cost, which was way, way better than the other roofers. Jay came out to do measurements and a day or two later, I had a very reasonable estimate via email.
Once my loan came through, I called Jon and a few days later their crew came out bright and early and got the job done in 2 days with a few touch ups on the 3rd. The city inspector came out twice and both times they were satisfied.
Their work crew were friendly, respectful and thoroughly cleaned up before they left leaving us with a brand new beautiful roof.
Of course no company is perfect so the only thing I'd suggest is to make sure that Jay knows what is included in the proposal that Jon types up. I had some dry rot and when it came time to give my payment, Jay asked me to add a few hundred to the final bill as they had to replace boards along with renailing the whole roof as the wrong nails had been used by the previous roofing company. Although I didn't mind paying for the renailing, my proposal did include any dry rot (as Jon knew that would be an issue) replacement. This did make for an awkward moment but we worked it out in the end with no issues.
All in all, I highly recommend Pride in Roofing and would certainly use them again!

I contacted them based on the ratings here on Yelp and asked them for an estimate. They came out and measured my roof but never heard from them again. I called and left a voice mail asking for an eta on the estimate but they never returned my call. Why would you work with a company that doesn't follow through on estimates and phone calls?

I am so very happy with my beautiful new roof. They did an awesome job. I called several roofers who told me they were so busy they couldn't even come out for an estimate. I got an estimate from another company who said it would be 33,000.00 for a roof and paint; no that isn't a typo. I called Pride in Roofing and Jay answered the phone and came out that evening! He was so nice, funny and honest. I asked if I needed gutters in the front, he looked at them and said, ""no you don't need gutters"" (I did need gutters in the back of the house) I have a covered patio, I asked him if I needed new roofing on that, he looked and said ""no, it looks good."" He could have very easily said yes to both, the gutter and the patio, but he was honest! Jay's partner Jon, got an estimate to me the next day and we were off. Jon was awesome to work with too...I think I may have driven him crazy by calling him all the time asking him to make it stop raining! The only hold up was the rain that wouldn't stop! Finally, it stopped raining and the work began. Every person who came to my home, the guys who tore the roof off my house, the guys who delivered the materials and the roofers who replaced the roof were polite, respectful, worked hard all day long and were careful of my property. Jay came by periodically to check on the work and was awesome to work with! They fixed a lot of dry rot, pumped in insulation while the roof was open, installed roof vents in the garage and in the back of the house and put a beautiful new roof on. Jon let me pay the supplier directly so I could get cash back on my credit card! How awesome is that!!! I couldn't be happier with this company...excellent work! You won't go wrong if you hire this company!!!!!
PS...I would post pictures but I don't know how to do that!

My roof started leaking during a recent storm (with more storms on the way), so the next morning I looked up ""roofers"" on Yelp and started calling to find someone who'd come look at it ASAP. Pride in Roofing was my fourth call and the first to have a human being, John, answer the phone. (The others where I left messages still haven't even returned my call three days later.) John said he'd have Jay, who was out in the field, call me. Within two hours Jay not only called but was on his way to my house. Within 20 minutes of his arrival, he'd inspected the roof, located some loose flashing around a vent, and repaired it. The service couldn't have been better, and both John and Jay were extremely pleasant to deal with. Pride in Roofing will be my ""go to"" company for any future roofing issues.

Highly recommened! I had a leak in my livingroom ceiling. I asked a few companies to come out I had some good and some ridiculous quotes. Jay came out gave an estimate and was very friendly. We had some rain coming in and the work wouldn't be done for a at least a week or longer. I called all over asking different roofers to come help tarp the roof before it rained they all wanted cash payments and gave estimates between $100-350. I left Jon a message that I was worried about the leak and could he please send someone out before the rain started. I didnt get a call back so we improvised and tarped it ourselves. It looked terrible. Later that day before the rain came Jay showed up. They got our message and saved the day! He didnt charge anything to re-tarp that area. He said they'd call in a few days to set up an appointment to repair the damaged area. They were quick, three guys came out did the job in a few hours, cleaned up and then Jay came back the next day to inspect the work and collect payment. The whole experience was great and they fixed our issue. Im very satidfied with the staff and their commitment to customer satisfactory.

I would highly recommend Pride in Roofing! Jay even came over himself to start the job when his crew had to attend to an emergency call. The crew went above and beyond what was expected. Although they were not getting paid to do so, they cleaned and fixed my gutters and unplugged down spouts! They rock! Jay made me feel comfortable when I paid him, making sure I knew he was only a call away when I was ready to replace the entire roof.

Came and did a quote for free but never showed up for future appointments. Wouldn't recommend.

Customer service is great! Jon answered, asked a few questions, entertained my layman's view of the situation, and let me know I'd be getting a call. I ended up talking to Jay who came out to check out my roof. He spent 10-15 minutes checking it out and came down off the roof and straight up told me: ""do it yourself because It does not make sense to pay someone to hammer in a few roof tile nails.""
I'm sure he would of obliged me if I had insisted on parting with my hard-earned money, but instead I did exactly as he suggested. I went to home depot bought a ladder and some roof tile nails and took care of the few tiles that were loose.
Oh, and there was no charge to come check out my roof. I am definitely going to hire these folks when I need something done with my roof!
