I was referred to Preston Enterprises by a friend back in 2004. They installed a new roof in 2005 and I was very happy with the quality of work as well as the price.

15 or so years later I need work on my eaves and my fascia and soffit. I called Preston Enterprises several times over a year and a half only to be told that they were busy, they were coming out to do the estimate, and other excuses. They finally didn't come out to the house to review for the estimate. I called two weeks after the employees were at the house and the owner told me that they needed to come back out to do another estimate because the damage was more than they had anticipated.

Of course I waited and waited and there was no response. Again I just assumed that he has too much business my little house doesn't mean anything to him or he's just a horrible businessman. Either way we'll find someone else.


If you can actually get them to respond and work on your house you're in good shape because the quality is good but again they just really don't seem to give a damn anymore.

I needed a small repair job to get my home owners insurance renewed. Called about 6 places, only once called me back. The company came out and gave me an outrages quote for such a small job. Then I remembered that a few of my neighbors had used Preston Enterprises and were very happy with their service.

Ben came to our house quickly and gave us a reasonable quote for the job. But here's the kicker, the bill was half of what was quoted. Plus you could not tell where the repairs had been made on an almost 20 year old roof.

Someone that honest and that good, they have all my roofing business and will be telling friends and family as well.
