I initially contacted by the companies field representative named Brandon that came to home and offered roofing services in response to a recent storm and likely roof damages. They would work with the home insurance provider to cover the cost, I would be responsible for $1000 out of pocket, which would apply to my insurance deductible, they would cover the rest. I provided all insurance documentation, reviewing all docs with the field rep and discussing the depreciation clause in my roofing insurance, I then paid half of my portion of the payment,$500.An adjuster came to my property to asses the roof, a Prestige rep was there as well. The insurance claim was accepted and the insurance company cut a check for roughly $7500.This was payment redo the roof of the home and repair the window casings($386).I gave the check from the insurance company to the Prestige Rep and scheduled the roof work. It took several weeks for the company to finally give me specific date they could come out to complete the roof which was more than a month out and then had to be rescheduled several times. They finally came out over a weekend and did the roof, and I paid the other half of $500.After completing the roof, I spoke with management at Prestige as that were only concerned with receiving a secondary check from insurance but we discussed that there would only be one due to depreciation. Prestige began avoiding my phone calls and not respond to emails. I have attempted to contact them on several occasions in an attempt to clear up this situation but they have continued to not address the companies actions. My issue is that the window casing were never replaced as initially indicated on my insurance claim to which Prestige Roofing was given ($386).We agreed that if the casing work was not completed, I would receive a refund for the difference. I have all of this information in writing yet they refuse to respond. Also, they lied about capturing photos to provide insurance work confirmation; I was nearly dropped and had to get on my roof and do it myself.

This was by far the worst service I have ever received, the company was great up until receiving their final payment. Completely unprofessional and I will never work with nor recommend Prestige Roofing in the future.

UNETHICAL AND UNPROFFES! CAN NEVER REACH ANYONE OR GET CALLBACKS, ALWAYS EXCUSES!! 2.Then, you took days to return our calls/emails and texts (as I stated with you originally before signing anything with you that I had found some reviews stating same complaints and Brandon assured me that wouldn't be an issue). Any legitmate company will have someone answering the phones during bus. hours/returning calls within a timely manner. Even if roofers are on sites, they have cells, they can check messages, make quick callbacks, and even text. no excuses for not responding for days on end.
    3. on 1st meeting u informed me/ husband, that you had an actual office, and that your company wasn't ""a fly by night"" located in a building. U mentioned moving as well to another building too. We trusted you/ udidn't follow up until weeks later only to find out that the address you gave us, "" 12951 Briar Forest Dr. Ste 207""...per Harris County Appraisal District, this is actually an apartment. The second address stated on the emails you sent ""11152 Westheimer Rd. Ste 871."" Per Google, this is a UPS Store!
    4. I have asked you since Feb. for a copy of your insurance policy/you kept saying you would give me a copy for weeks and I had sent over 10 emails, voicemails and texts requesting this information. 5. Before any signing of documents we also asked you AND Brandon if your workers (sub contractors) were also insured and you both said that they were. It wasn't until 4/26/17(over 2 months later) at 455pm that you finally emailed me a copy of a General Liability policy. It shows the insured as Elmer Reyes, not Prestige Restoration or Prestige Roofing or you, the owner and sub contractors, etc...it doesn't show anything specific. And, when I called to ask what it covers they were very rude and said they wouldn't give me any more specifics. If we were told the truth at the beginning, we would not have proceeded with agreeing to use you. (misrepresentation) 6. HOA approval. Upon meeting with both you and Brandon the first time you came to our door, we also inquired about obtaining approval from the HOA first since it IS required to obtain their approval BEFORE performing any type of structural changes to the property,REGARDLESS of how many houses you have done or/how many have the same color we wanted. I emailed, voicemailed, texted over 12 times asking what the status was on our approval and you kept telling me that it wouldn't be an issue. That wasn't the point. The point was, there is a process required by the Berkshire community that states the residents must obtain this approval BEFORE putting a new roof. Now, since you say you've done over 100 roof in our subdivision, you should know this and you should also know that it takes up to 30 days, sometimes to acquire this approval so it should've been one of the first documents you GAVE ME TO SIGN to then send in to the HOA Architectural Committee for approval. a. So, our first issue with this is that you did NOT in fact send this approval in until around 4/11/17(almost 2 months after we signed your document-not a legal contract) b. Our 2nd issue is that you kept telling me that you had ""already taken care of it"" and that we were just waiting for the HOA's approval, when you in fact hadn't even submitted it. You lied to me. (unethical/shady dealings (your words) c. Then, the last but the most shocking, not to mention illegal, was that you FORGED MY NAME on the approval that you finally did submit!!! Those are only supposed to be signed by the Homeowner.(Forgery is a white collar crime that that occurs when a person changes information or provides false information that is designed to mislead others for his or her own personal gain (usually to get someone to commit a certain action or to harm another person in some way). Texas law specifically defines forgery as altering, making, completing, executing or authenticating any writing...
    1) so that the document represents an authorization by another person that was never actually made 2) so the document's action appears to have occurred at a different time or place than when or where it actually occurred 3) or so the copy appears to be a copy of an original that does not actually exist. It is also considered forgery to try and issue, register or pass off such an altered document as a true document, or to possess such a document with an intention to commit this type of act. 7. You said you would, ""take care of everything from filing HOA to filing claim with insurance..."" Yet, when u filed the claim you put husb down as insured when we specif. told u/Brandon that I bought the house before we were married and it was in MY name(as is the insurance policy) and when the wrote they check, they wrote it to him/bank. That proved to be a nightmare of calls, emails etc/tons of time trying 2 iron it out.
AS OF 9/6/17, I STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY BACK! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, THEY CHANGE NAMES OF COMPANY OVER AND OVER!

Awful... at first I thought they were a deal, because I didn't have to pay the deductible, but they left our gate open multiple times, in fact broke the latch and didn't tell me. Our dogs got out, and one of them is still missing. (Over a year ago)The guys just put ladders right on top of a plant in the flower bed, and bent and broke the plant. They were also very annoying to deal with, agreeing to come at a certain time and then texting me several hours later, asking to come then. This happened multiple times. Also, they were supposed to put new gutters on, put the wrong ones on and had to come back and do the right ones. It was like did you bother to read the insurance company's form.....The owner manager did talk to me regarding my lost dog.

Prestige roofing replaced the roof on my house as a part of an insurance claim for weather related damage. I was so impressed with the quality of their customer service and the excellent work of their construction crew that I immediately hired them again to perform a second job to increase the amount of insulation in my attic.(which has cooled my house significantly) Thanks Prestige!
