I really enjoyed the process of working with John and Lupe. They actually made it fun and efficient. We removed a very ugly red lightweight concrete tile and replaced it with Presidential TL. The shingles actually look more period-correct and have definitely enhanced the curb appeal of our property.

The Prestige Team were incredibly fast and clean. The entire project was completed in 4 days which was impressive for the angle of our roofs. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to re-roof.

While vetting roofers and getting a new roof can be daunting. Prestige was a pleasure to work with. I met with 7 companies to receive quotes on a roof replacement. John of Prestige provided the right combination of detail and valuing my time, along with providing one the more competitive quotes. The office (Ivette and Jocelyn) handled the scheduling and contract in nice professional manner. When demo and construction began their team was respectful of the property and neighbors. The two project leads (Lupe and Peter) were very good at communicating the process. They also left the property clean and picked up every day. In the end, I'm happy with my new roof and the process. I would highly recommend Prestige.

I couldn't have been happier from start to completion with the professionalism of Prestige Roofing. The owner came out himself to survey the roof, take measurements, and asked what I specifically wanted in a new roof. Two days later I received a contract proposal with a detailed description of what would be done and choices I could choose from for certain aspects. Once I decided to move forward I was presented with a number of sample shingle boards from which to select my color and grade of shingle. The contract was then signed and the deposit was sent. A few days later the dumpster and shingles arrived. Next came a crew of about 8 people who arrived at 7 A.M. and we're gone about six that evening. The job was finished, the roof looked great, and they were so clean, you'd never know they had ever been there. Need I say more? I would recommend them unequivocally!

Prestige Roofing did an amazing job re-roofing our house. We had an old Cal shake roof, so when it started leaking, we had to re-roof because repair was not an option. For our new roof, we decided we wanted architectural composition shingles. We got bids from 4-5 roofing companies but admittedly were surprised by how wide-ranging the estimates were. Our last bid was from Prestige Roofing, and John Arellano (owner) not only impressed us with his knowledge, recommendations, but his pricing was so competitive that we were able to get the top-of-the line Presidential triple-layer (TL) Solaris shingles with ridge venting--while still being able stay within our budget! During the entire process, I emailed John quite a bit as questions came up, and he always responded thoroughly and in a timely manner, and I really appreciated that. Although we were initially scheduled for late-March, John pleasantly surprised us by moving the start date earlier by almost one month. With rain forecasted for Tuesday night, we were nervous about starting the re-roofing on Monday, but John reassured us our house would be watertight before the rain came. Not only did he deliver on his promise, his crew actually FINISHED tearing off the old roof, installing plywood deck, and laying the new roof in two days. Sure enough, it rained overnight and even hailed Wednesday morning. Lupe, the foreman, was fantastic at making sure the job was done right and addressing our questions. The crew was courteous and professional, making sure everything was cleaned up daily. Needless to say, we love our new roof! The shingles themselves have a lifetime warranty and are rated to last 50 years, and Prestige gives a 13-year workmanship warranty (longer than the 7-10 years offered in our other bids). As an added perk, the company provided before-and-after drone shots (and video) of our roof, which is such a thoughtful touch, because of course the roof is the one part of the house I can't easily take pictures of from the street! I doubt anyone looks forward to re-roofing their home, but if you have to do it, Prestige Roofing makes the process as smooth and easy as possible. We HIGHLY recommend them!

First had an estimate with John Arellano who is the contractor. And Lupe was the Project Manager for the crew and who was on site every day during the project. We had a total re-roof done which means our attic and garage were totally exposed. We were well prepared in advance as far a removing everything from the attic and covering everything in the garage with plastic, but expect a lot of dirt. Crew cleaned up everyday before they left the site. Crew replaced fascia and shiplap due to water damage. We were very satisfied with the job, but like any other huge repair, there were some glitches but nothing that couldn't be easily resolved. Great pictures of before and after on company's website. Our house is the one listed in fountain Valley, project completed in Feb. 2021.

This is my first time re-roofing a house and I had a great experience with this company. John the account rep did a great job of explaining my options, problems with my roof, the scope of work, and of course the cost. Once we agreed on the options, the price never changed. Of all the bids I received, they weren't the lowest of highest, they were right in the middle. I'm happy with my 50 year guaranteed Presidential roof and highly recommend Prestige. Their coming back to build my patio and I'm sure it will look as awesome as my roof. Check out the pictures.

I called on Monday and made an appointment for Saturday. I told them that I needed 15 broken tiles replaced. They asked for my email, for an estimate. Someone came to my house and sent a text saying that I need 15 tiles replaced...but no amount to be charged. I called asking how much. I got another text asking if I would supply the tiles. ???
I said no.
Never got the estimate and never heard back. Avoid...unless this is what you're looking for.

We had a small roof leak in our son's bedroom. It was minor, but I wanted to catch it before it became major. John replied to my request for a quote within minutes, and scheduled a time to come out for a free estimate two days later. He was extremely personable and seemed honest and fair. I asked him to walk around the rest of the roof and let me know if there was any other maintenance that needed to be done. A lot of people would have used that as an opportunity to upsell me to something I didn't need, but John was honest and said everything else looked like it was in good condition. He got back to me the next day with his quote, and it was the best quote we had gotten. (One place quoted us 5x the price. The others were in the same ballpark. But I felt like John was the most trustworthy and would have gone with him even if it was a little more.)

The job was booked for the following weekend. Peter showed up and was extremely pleasant. They did the job in about 4 hours, and showed me pictures of the work afterwards. They found the likely source of the leak, and took care of the job as quoted. No unexpected charges or overages.

My only extremely tiny complaint is that they booked the job for 7:00 AM on a Saturday, which is super early for me. However, they didn't show up until 8:30 AM. This was actually perfect, because I realized after I booked 7 AM that our HOA prevents any work earlier than 8:30 AM. I was nervous that they would be banging around super early and my neighbors would complain. I just would have preferred they actually booked it for 8:30 AM so I could have gotten an extra hour of weekend sleep. :-) That's a super minor detail though -- I would definitely recommend them.

Since moving into our new house Jan 2019, we've been upgrading here and there, and one of the things I wanted to update was our roof. The previous owners had Eagle Lightweight Tile (a barrel tile) installed 29 years ago, and we started having more and more issues with cracked tiles and a small leak. After contacting Eagle we were told they would replace our tile for free (tile and delivery) we just had to pay for the underlayment, labor and any wood replacement. After having about 6-7 quotes from roofing companies, we contacted John the owner of Prestige Roofing. I have to admit, at this point I was so over this process, our quotes were all over the place, from lowest to highest there was a $15k dollar difference. When John at Prestige came by for the quote, my wife and I were immediately impressed, he had tons of knowledge and most importantly, he didn't try to upsell us on everything, nor did he try and nickel and dime us to death. (Prestige quote was extremely competitive) John was completely professional and extremely informative. He explained everything from beginning to end. One thing he assured us was that he would not pull our crew in the middle of our job to go work on another job (which is pretty common in roofing)
Due to his professionalism, we went with him. In talking with our Eagle Tile rep, he assured us as well that John and Prestige Roofing was an excellent choice and he even assured us we'd get good quality work. We decided to upgrade our underlayment from double ply felt to the Titanium PSU-30, which is an incredible synthetic underlayment that peels and sticks to the roof, and has an amazing warranty. This really allows complete peace of mind knowing that even if we have cracks or damaged tiles, we have a barrier that will withstand the rain or heat to a far greater extent. The price for this upgrade at the end of the day is minimal. John and his ENTIRE Company that I dealt with, were excellent when it comes to both service and communication. Whenever I texted him or called into the office, I was always met with a timely reply. Roofing your house can be stressful, and everyone at Prestige Roofing understands this. The quality of their work is impeccable, the crew every day were very polite and very respectful of our property as well as our neighbors. Even though there were sometimes 7-10 guys onsite, they were respectful of our neighbors which was important to us. The job took about 5 days, and every day they cleaned up everything and left no trash anywhere. The whole job they would have a guy running around cleaning as they went, so it wasn't like all the trash etc just piled up. They also used a magnetic nail sweeper constantly, which assured that no nails got left behind. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased 100% we were with John and everyone from Prestige Roofing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof replaced, repaired or really just anything roof.
