Let me begin by saying that I called Prestige Roofing after our last hail storm just a few weeks ago. I called and left a message with Darren and had my call. Returned within 15 minutes. I am extremely pleased that I chose Prestige Roofing as I experienced professionalism,ethics and quality product and workmanship. Darren was all in being helpful, helping with my claim and paperwork and submitting it to the company. I cannot speak highly enough from the first phone call to the quality cleanup I had experienced. I have been using Prestige Roofs for my personal homes for about 20 years give it take a couple but, after becoming a Realtor at Keller Williams about 3 1/2 years ago I was introduced to a whole other side of the Residential & Commercial Roofing Business. This is when I discovered how vital having a close friend and a competent roofer can be in today's real estate market. I listed over 40 homes in the past 12 months and every single house must as part of the inspection has to have a roof inspected and not all inspectors have a go to but having Mr. White on speed dial has proved priceless. We all like to keep to our schedule but my schedule is anything but predictive and that's where Darron is so valuable because with as little as a couple hours notice he has dropped what he's doing to go and give me an assessment on one of my roofs and many times that's all it is, it is merely him taking an hour out of his day to go properly deliver me a roof inspection and come back and tell me Rex that house does not need a roof. I've always been able to count on him to be honest and trustworthy and have never had another roofing company or an insurance adjuster dispute his findings and his honesty which is vital when trying to build value into a home you have listed or that your buyer is purchasing. I honestly Consider him a partner and a vital part of my success thus far in the Real Estate World. Over the past 12 months I have reached out to Mr. Darron White over 65 times resulting in over 40 or more total roof replacements or repairs necessary to make sure the buyers insurance will cover the clients roof at closing by gettin it to an insurability status. If you are a realtor in today's market and you don't have a partner like Darron your job is much much harder than it has to be. I just make one call and I forget about it and there has been 2 times one of them today when I called Mr. White and told him I was closing on Monday and he's putting the roof on tomorrow So it will meet then dead line set forth in the contract so we can meet the closing schedule, Now this was done while he was trying to enjoy vacation with his family. Darron has yet to ignore one of my calls since my first 20 years ago and for this I am grateful!!! So if you need a partner Prestige is you pic. After Calling Mr. White/Owner for an estimate on some hail damage I had received after a significant storm out in Highland Oaks in Lubbock Texas, He quickly came out assessed my roofs situation and was very knowledgeable about what roof was previously on and what I should go back to better protect my home in the future. I was a little surprised that the owner himself took the time to come and visit with me but I'm glad he did because he was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. What I found impressive was Mr. White was willing to take my calls at any time and not only took the time to explain the situation but to explain it in a way that I could understand where I was at ease. The work they did was done quickly and efficiently and I was impressed with the way his crew gave special attention to detail and extra care so as not to damage any landscaping or vehicles. Also their attention to detail during the cleanup was something I did not expect. Since that time I have used Mr. White on numerous occasions and continue to refer him to all of my clients that have any roofing or construction needs in Lubbock and the surrounding areas. I called Darron and he was always understanding and nice when I spoke with him. They replaced my roof this week, done in 1 day! I was very surprised, I always thought these things took at least 2 days. The material used looks and is top-notch, it makes my house look nice again. Darron goes out of his way to work with you and make sure you are happy with the work. His crew does an excellent job! I recommend them, I had thought of giving them 4 stars to keep them on their toes but they deserve their 5 stars.
