Colette A.Lack of attention to detail. I had them replace the roofing and some rotted boards on my patio cover. I dealt with Juan. The next day I realized they used rough boards and the rest of the cover is smooth which will be noticeable when painted white. They put on a hot roof which is nice, but the boards can't be replaced now. Juan didn't seem to care and maybe it's minor to him.
Could have been easily avoided.
