Francisco and his crew did an amazing job with our roof and really went above and beyond what I would expect from anyone. I had Tesla solar installed on my old clay tile roof, but Tesla will not install on that style because they break easily. In hindsight I should have chosen a different solar company but through it all Francisco came out several times to adjust the roof layout (remove tiles and put new underpayment and shingles) to meet Tesla requirements. Even after a year when it was finally installed, Prestige Roofing came back to put the tiles back in place around the panels.
I also had leaky gutters which I had Prestige replace which are way nicer than the old small ones.
We got quotes from different vendors for each job and Prestige was always the cheapest and they did a superb job. They came back so many times to make sure the roof was solid throughout the whole process and I never had any leaks last rain season.
They went out of their way many times to make sure the roof is done right even in areas not related directly to the job.

During these crazy times, your lucky to even get a contractor to call you back. Even harder to have them show up to bid the project. Prestige Roofing did both right away. We were doing a 360 sq ft addition on the rear of out home. Francisco (the owner) gave me a fair bid, and pointed out upgraded materials he uses (which no one else even mentioned as an option)
His crew did a fantastic job, and kept asking if I was happy with the work as it proceeded. Would use them again.

Our house needed some roof repairs due to Termite and water leak and after several quotes we decided to go with Prestige. Price was lower compared to others, but we liked best the honesty, communication, and patience from Don Francisco and team.
Francisco was great to communicate with and to answer any of the questions we have, and review the options.
After tearing the old tile roof we found the damage was greater than expected but Prestige Roofing was able to find all these and replace any compromised wood, put brand new underlayment even for future solar panels, retile, and power wash so it looks like brand new again!
Rood looks great (they also power washed it) and feels safe now! Even the neighbors were impressed with the work, the workers' courteousness and communication, and the final product since the house needed some TLC.
We are very happy to have hired Prestige Roofing and Francisco. They started the work on time, cleaned after their work, finished sooner than expected, and even inspection passed quickly. Highly recommend the crew at Prestige! We definitely recommend them for any roof needs!

I needed to re-roof my 30 + yrs old roof to prepare for Solar panels. I had contacted over 6 roof contractors to compare and found Francisco to be the most detailed and knowledgeable. Francisco had explained everything from the beginning on what needed to be done and replaced etc.. Pricing was very competitive. They were willing to do more for the same price compared to other roofers i spoke with. The Prestige crew members was also very courteous and profession. They came everyday as scheduled, covered my pool, cleaned up after each day when they left and even took down my old satellite dish when asked as a favor. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family for any roofing needs.

My experience with Francisco, his office staff and his whole crew was exceptional! My old roof was 1976 wood shake with a layer of shingles on top so the job scope included all new plywood decking which certainly made the job more expensive, but Prestige Roofing had very competitive pricing (I had quotes from 5 vendors) and the job was completed without any surprises or markups.

I selected the GAF Timberline HDZ RS reflector series shingles in Birchwood color which is a very attractive grey color to reflect the heat. I also requested O'Hagin vents and OSB radiant barrier to help with the attic heat.

All said, I am very pleased with the work by Prestige Roofing.

We scheduled our roofing a week out, They checked with us the day before, and showed up the next morning. They were very professional and finished removing two old layers of roofing, repaired a lot damaged (dry rot in fascia boards and edge board wood), sheathed the house, and shingled it in 5 days. They kept at it until it was done. When I pointed out problems in the project (nails thru edge boards and incompletely sealed gable flashing), they very quickly responded to address these problems. I could not be more satisfied.

We are very impressed with the work done on our Backyard Fascia Board Replacement with the New Rain Divert Flashing by Prestige Roofing, Francisco's Carpenters Team.
Francisco did a comprehensive consultation before he came and his team came prepared. Mr. Francisco is extremely professional and he explained all the construction code he need to follow. Our stucco patio roof was hard to install and his team had to take an extra step which wasn't expected.

It took a while to get an appointment but this is when we had the 60-80 mph winds. I was lucky to have them work on my house! I got several other estimates and work could have been done sooner but Prestige was the one with the great customer service and very reasonable prices. They even replaced tiles that were cracked! I highly recommend them!
