With all the rainfall this season, came leeks. Called two other roofing companies, with very high estimates and too busy to repair until after the holiday's. Called Prestige roofing 2 days later Francisco inspected our entire roof explained all the needed repairs, above and beyond the other twos recommendations. His estimate was quite a savings from the other's. Needless to say Prestige got the job. I asked Francisco when can you start, his response was it's going to rain again in three days, so how about tomorrow!! His crew showed up on time along with Francisco, in less than three hours the roof was completed and looking fantastic.

Since it never rains in CalIfornia, was I surprised I had a roof leak with the last storm front. It happened the day before Thanksgiving and was concerned no one had a open appointment. California Roofing responded quickly. Francisco called and was able to come out and look at the area of concern.They came out and inspected. Found the location and cause. Francisco and his crew performed the repair. He mentioned if there is any problem he would come out. Greatly communication and excellent workload.

What a pleasure it was working with Francisco and his team. Professionalism throughout the entire project which infact took less time than we thought possable. His crew moved quickly and safely through the removal and replacement of our asphalt shingle roof, leaving our yard as clean if not cleaner then they found it. Francisco presented himself as a man with integerety and his and his teams actions were consistant with that tenant throughout. I would confidently recomend Prestige to my closest friends.

Professional, hard working, family man, honest, keeps his word. When looking for a roofer, you will meet a variety of people. But all you really need is to pick up The phone and meet Francisco. You can tell he's been roofing for 30+ years, he knows how to handle your roof and he knows how to take care of your roof. All he cares about is delivery a quality roof that doesn't leak and make sure the customer is happy. They aren't the cheapest in town but quality and professional work is worth it for the next 30-40 years. I met with over 7 roofers and Prestige fell in lower end for pricing but not the lowest. But prestige offered the best quality product, the cheaper bids were felt material and cheaper shingles and they all also require you to pay for permitting. Prestige gives you the best quality material, options for venting, fascia painting, all in pricing. I was in a rush to get my roof replaced for solar, Francisco took care of it. The city had a whole bunch of confusion throughout my permitting process, Francisco took care of it. I am grateful I chose Francisco because he got it done and it looks damn good. Get a quote, review his materials, and know that he delivers quality work.

I recently called Francisco for a quote on repairing my roof that leaked a little during last year's heavier than usual rain season. He was running late the first day so I told him to just come the next day. I had already gotten 2 other quotes from 5 star roofing companies on Yelp, so I was seeing how his price would compare. When he kept going on about the work he would perform, cleaning the whole roof, paining the pipes that stick up to match, fixing the area where I told him there was an old leak, replacing the flashing in that area and new shingles in that area, and doing a general roof tune-up, I for sure that his price was going to be more than the other two. (Other two were within $50 of each other). Francisco's quote came in 25% less than the other guys, saving me about $400. So I went with him. His crew showed up on time the day of service and worked efficiently. They took before and after pictures so I could see it. They offered for me to keep some extra shingles that they had (for free) so I did, and that was nice. Towards the end of service I remembered a separate old leak so he inspected it and said it was fine. So far I am happy with the price and service. I will update this review for sure after the next rains hit if there is still a problem! Francisco informed me that there was no warranty for the work, but if there's a problem to call him back and he'll take care of it. Only two small gripes would be the first day he was running late, he could have called me earlier when he knew he was going to be late, instead of after already being late, but at least I got a call, and I do realize he was trying to fit me in. Second thing would be the ""cleaning"" of the whole roof seemed to be just a leaf blower, whereas I thought it would be something like a pressure washer or something. They didn't clean up all the debris that fell off the roof onto my backyard, but it was minimal and overall I am still giving a 5 star review.

Francisco and his crew did an amazing job! I needed 1 side of my roof's felt replace as prep before I get my solar installed. I met with Francisco which he accommodated to my schedule and took the time to explain the process. His quote was super reasonable and he didn't charge me for some additional repair. He also fit me in his already booked schedule as I needed this done asap. Their team was also prompt to start the job and cleaned up nicely afterwards. He will be my go to roofer when I'm ready to do the other side. It's so hard finding reliable honest people and I will be recommending him to all my neighbors/friends.

Had a small roof repair and the Prestige team came to the rescue! Came out quick for a quick free estimate. Was very courteous and professional. Came out the following week and did the repair within a few hours. They showed up at the time agreed and left no mess at all! I do recommend and will be keeping these guys as a referral or any possible future repairs!
