Recently we had to replace our 20+ year old shingled roof. After we received several estimates, we decided to use Prestige Metal Roofing for the project. Their job estimates were very reasonable. We are happy that we chose Prestige to install our new metal roof. Marco, along with Rudy, quickly understood our problem, and with their professional input, we all agreed upon a solution.

After our great experience we highly recommend Prestige. They truly exhibited expertise, experience and craftsmanship. Every crewmember knew their duties and always conducted themselves professionally. They also maintained a clean and organized area around our house and yard. Every day ended with trash being collected and a magnet used to check the yard for nails and metal pieces.

Further, they arrive to begin the job as they promised. These folks are wonderful to do business with. It's nice to see a company that is truly customer friendly and listens to the customers' needs.

Of course, all the scheduling and work could not be done without the crucial assistance of the office manager, Trisha. She has excellent communication and executive office skills. If she was asked for help with a question or a problem and did not have an immediate answer (which was rare) she would respond with one as soon as it was found.

I contacted Prestige Roofing a couple of months ago. Marco came out and gave me an estimate on a new standing seam roof. While he was doing the measurements, he said that I had hail damage and to contact my insurance. I did that and they ended up giving me a new roof. That saved me a lot of money out of pocket. The tear off crew removed the old shingles and laid down the underlayment in one day. The installation crew installed the panels on one day and came back the next day to install the ridge vent. This is the last week of August and both crews worked through the heat. The roof looks outstanding, and the cleanup was thorough.

I've used these guys for two jobs. They communicated the timing well, they were on time, professional and worked long hours to get it done. They cleaned up after themselves well, too. On one job, it was replacing the roof after a submersible pump was pulled. They came up with an idea of putting in a nice skylight so we don't have to tear the roof off again. It looks really nice. Great company.

The owner Marco is fantastic. He never made a promise he couldn't keep! His price came in almost $10,000 less than 2 other companies I got bids from. My medal roof is beautiful and I get so many complements from friends and total strangers! I had this company install my replacement roof in November of 2019 and I can't say enough good things about this outfit. Marco Pena's crew did a great job over a five day period taking off my old worn out composite shingle roof and replacing 39 pieces of completely deteriorated roof seething with new material. My roof had a lot of problems and leaky spots and now that is history thanks to Prestige Metal Roofing. The price was reasonable, the install crew was professional & courteous and the workmanship flawless. I had a totally good experience from getting the estimate to having a new metal roof.

I can't say about their services but the interactions I've had with one of their drivers yesterday and then the owner, I feel it's necessary to say, I would NEVER do business with this type. The driver was flying down Walnut Ave, weaving in and out of cars, going upwards of 50mph in a 34-40 speed limit zone, while hauling on a flatbed truck what seemed to be gutters. It wasn't the speeding, although that was unnecessary it was the zipping back and forth between cars, cutting me off and others that I have an issue with. Followed by a phonecall from the owner, who told me it was one of her best guys and she saw he was speeding, but... only excuses. Not apologies, only excuses and not letting me explain what I saw and dealt with, cutting ME off to hear her side. Sorry but she should have been quiet, listened to me complain and then said I'm sorry, I'll have a word with him. Instead, she hung up on me. What kind of a business doesn't care how their drivers interact with our community? Not a business I'll ever recommend or ever do business with. That said, the woman who initially took my call to pass onto the owner was lovely. She completely understood my anger and reaction. She needs a raise. The company needs to work on how they handle things like this in the future. If he drives like that once, he most certainly drives like that always! All it takes is something not secured well enough and those beams or gutters would have gone flying into someone. Careless for no reason.

We had Prestige Metal Roofing install a Copper colored Metal roof on our home approx. 2 years ago, Spring 2016. The roof doesn't just look beautiful, it has held up well thus far and the service has been amazing. About 18 months after the roof was installed, during a major storm, we had a small leak around a vent pipe. Marco, the owner himself, came out to our home the same day I called. He not only repaired that leaked but double checked the other vent pipes as well.

Reasonably priced - great communicators - respectful from sales to office staff to workers on the ground - quick to address all concerns (even started talking about paying for an electrician if needed and determined to be their fault when our already overloaded breakers kept popping - obviously our fault) - BEAUTIFUL roof!

Marco and Linda Pena have a great business and will take care of your metal roofing need better than any other company in South-Central Texas. They own the machines that will roll the metal at your house, and they employ the crew that will do all the work. In other words there will be no sub contracting done. This is huge!! Marco and Linda will give you a beautiful standing seam roof, and do an amazing job at a DOUBLE SEAMED roof. (Not all companies know how to do a double seamed roof.) They will also give you a list of referrals to call to verify the quality of their work. Marco will meet with you on site and give you an estimate before he leaves. His schedule is far out, but he is worth the wait!!
