Virginia P.Frank came to our home quickly which was great however he determined there was a roof leak that needed to be repaired and quoted us $800 to repair without going into attic or onto roof. We agreed to have him come a few days later to do the work. I called him to reschedule and he didn't answer phone or return my call and didn't show up on the day he was supposed to start work. It turned out we had a plumbing issue that caused the leak.
