Nice guys. Quick initial response and bid. Had to wait due to high number of roofs in progress at the time but about the same wait as neighbors with other companies. I had one spot that looked a little wrong which they fixed within days! Pricing worked with insurance guidelines. A little slow on final billing but in the end great service, fair cost, BEAUTIFUL result! Thanks!

Absolutely recommend to anyone who not only needs to replace or repair a roof, but needs to deal with home insurance to do it. A storm damaged my roof and caused a leak into my master bedroom. I called several roofers with either no call backs or no shows at our appointments. I finally called Presidio and received a call back from Jacob within a day. He was able to get a crew to my house that day at tarp the roof before even more rain came in. I felt very uneasy in this whole process and really didn't know how to handle it, but Jacob was in constant communication, worked with my schedule, worked with my insurance and now I have the most beautiful roof. The roofers that installed my roof were polite and courteous (even at 7 a.m.), and cleaned up everything when they left. I am extremely happy (and relieved) with my entire interaction with Presidio.

I didn't even know I needed a new roof for sure but these guys were fantastic. They came out, looked at my roof and walked me how the insurance goes for getting a new roof due to hail damage. They showed up when they said they would and communicated clearly. I couldn't imagine a better experience!

Good Roofing Company....called these guys after my home got hit by the Friday the 13th hail storm in April...They were very responsive and were out to inspect the roof in no time, and came back the next day when the claim adjuster came out to inspect as well. The Presidio team never missed a beat, and I had a new roof in my house in less than a month. Their roofing crew did a good quality job, and I've been hit by some strong rain storms since...the new roof held up great, and looks a heck of a lot better than my old one. Callout to their project managers Jeremy and Jacob for outstanding customer service. No one wants to deal with roofing companies and getting a new roof, but they made it easy and affordable as well. Highly recommend these guys and thank you.
