My wife and I recently had a roof replaced which also included some interior work to replace the drywall ceiling in our garage and bedroom that sustained water damage over the years as well as interior paint and complete gutter replacement.

I have to say, Nick with Presidio is very professional and kept in constant contact with us during every step of the process from the initial insurance claim to full project completion.

To say we are happy with our choice of choosing Presidio is an understatement and would highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof!

My roof has leaked continuously since it was put on in April, 2018. They have been out here 5 times for the leaks in the patio and carport and it still leaks. They failed to seal the vent pipe for the furnace and water leaked in every time it rained, ruining the furnace, the insulation and ceiling tiles. Nick Van Slyke will not respond to e-mails although he promised in August the roof would be fixed promptly. After $50,000 I still have a leaking roof. Stay away from this company. They don't care that they warranted the roof for 5 years. Their workmanship is shoddy.

Most of the neighborhood has a sign in their yard for a roofer thanks to the hail storm. My roof we completely replaced and the job was really done well. The professionalism, transparency and honesty displayed by Presidio and Tom Grems was beyond anything I would have expected. The effort to fix the damage was outstanding. The coordination of Presidio to work with the adjuster, insurance company and myself was uncanny. I've done roofing at a much younger age and can honestly say I couldn't have done a better job myself. I hit them with many questions to try and trip them up and determine their quality standards. Tom never missed a beat and was always straight forward. I know I could have done much worse in selecting a contractor but I don't think I could have been more blessed to have met Tom and come to the agreement to use Presidio for my job. I have a bunch of pictures and if you haven't made a solid choice yet for your roof, call Tom Grems at Presidio 214-758-6944 and tell him I sent you. You won't be sorry and you'll actually be relieved that you did. Even though my gutters don't get completed until Monday, stop by and look at my new roof, you'll see an outstanding job and a beautiful roof. Or wait until Tuesday when the entire job should be done. Don't get caught in a trap with a roofer that is looking to commit fraud or cut corners. Your roof is your home protection, get it done right, get it done by Presidio!
