From the early estimates, to explanations of the construction methods and process, all the way through installation and final punch list items Jeff and his crew did an excellent job. They frequently went the extra mile to ensure the job was done well and that we were satisfied. They spent extra effort working with another subcontractor to ensure the work was well coordinated and done right. Jeff is clear and transparent in his scoping and pricing of his work upfront and his crew were professional and considerate. And the end result looks great.

Start to finish a smooth transaction. Jeremy the estimator was thorough and responsive. They pulled the permits and did all the back end work. He brought by samples of different colored shingle sets. The crew started on a Tuesday and ended the following Monday. It was a full shake roof tear off converted to comp shingles. We had skip sheathing without a plywood deck. We knew that going in, but it was impressive to watch how they tackled it. The front of the old roofline didn't match up with the back. They improvised and ripped 2x4's to make it transition smooth (pic attached). This was unforeseen, but they handled it well. After tear off, they found some rot areas and addressed them. The crew cleaned up daily at the end of the shift and left the area cleaner than when they came. They were clearly experienced and knew their way around my situation. The foreman was easy to talk to and walked me through the work daily. They tarped the roof thoroughly for the first few days after the tear-off while the attic was exposed. We have tons of squirrels, rats, and raccoons in the area, so I was appreciative of that. I had 4 quotes in total. Premo was in the middle of the pack in terms of pricing. The contract price and end price were very close. Hopefully, I won't need another roof for 40 years, but I'd use Premo again. Thanks!

We booked Premo roofing to re-do our country cabin with a new metal corrugated roof. Challenging to find a roofer that did metal, but glad we picked Premo.

Ordered the product, got us on their calendar, and did a great job. The roof is aging very nicely after just a few months and could not be happier with the product and workmanship.
