Gabriel from their Solar div came out to do a system check to find out why my system
wasn't working at ""no cost"" .
Spent over 90 min troubleshooting and told me some info that the Co who installed
my system was totally incorrect & there's a potential fire hazard .
I'm awaiting to hear back to find how much to re-where the panels .

Premo Roofing is truly a primo business!
Their office team is amazing, their roofers are outstanding, and the result is a primo quality of work. I feel so blessed to have Premo Roofing do our roof. We hired Premo Roofing while going through a difficult situation. My husband was trying to fix our roof and fell 20 feet and was severely injured. I called Premo Roofing while he was in the hospital in a panic. The office staff was so kind and compassionate and the owner(Jeremy) helped us immediately. Premo Roofing robbed my $5000 for repairing my roof.

They did not tell me there is no warranty, they did not provide any contract to me. Premo is working for my property manager.
After repaired, the roof still leaking, then Premo refused to refund any partial money said the job has no warrenty.
They even tell me to replace entire roof which not even necessary.
Premo robbed my money, dishonest. not reliable.
Premo just took your money and went away.
no star for Premo roofing, Be careful with those 5 stars reviews, most are not true. Dont use this roofing company. They rob your money.

It was recently discovered that there was a flashing problem at a house I owned in Monterey. It was very important with all the rains to get that situation turned around as soon as possible. Premo came to me recommended by a friend. I called them and they were extremely responsive and prompt. They showed at the house and the agreed time and efficiently replaced the chimney saddle and thankfully called my attention to a couple of other problems they noted while up on the roof.

I am very happy with their service and relieved to have a water tight chimney again! Many thanks, Jeff and to your staff as well!

I would highly recommend Premo Roofing for your roofing project. From the early estimates, to explanations of the construction methods and process, all the way through installation and final punch list items Jeff and his crew did an excellent job. They frequently went the extra mile to ensure the job was done well and that we were satisfied. They spent extra effort working with another subcontractor to ensure the work was well coordinated and done right. Jeff is clear and transparent in his scoping and pricing of his work upfront and his crew were professional and considerate. And the end result looks great.
