Premium Roofing Systems did an amazing job in replacing my old and damaged roof. From initial estimate to final inspection, Adrian and his team were professional, on-time and took the extra time to explain to me all the steps in the process. We had some weather challenges with the start date, but the team at PRS was in constant communication with any rescheduling that was needed. Once the work started, they brought out extra people, worked diligently, cleaned up at the end of the day and completed the job in half the time that was quoted. I couldn't be happier with the final product. I would highly recommend Premium Roofing Systems to anyone looking to replace their roof.

This is a short novel but I think it is important to convey this experience.

I contacted several roofers to evaluate my home for a roof replacement. I asked many questions to make sure the roofers were licensed, insured, didn't hire subcontractors, novices, there were no bankruptcies, etc.

A few contractors inspected the roof and I observed their behavior. Although some seemed like they might do fine work, I didn't like that they banged ladders against the fences/gutters and just didn't seem mindful or careful. One of contractors put tarp over an area that was leaking. We found over a dozen nails in the yard and ended up with a flat tire. I paid $400 for the tarp and had to buy a new tire. I would have recouped the $400 if I hired them to do the roof work but decided against it - and I'm glad I did.

When Adrian, from Premium Roofing, came to the house he was prompt. He was very observant, courteous, and patiently answered all my questions. He assured me that all his employees only did roof work and they had been working with him for a long time. He showed a genuine interest in ensuring my roof was done professionally and that I'd be happy with the results. Throughout the project, he arrived promptly and he would keep me informed if he had to leave for a short while.

Adrian provided a quote which was reasonable and fair and I signed the agreement. The work included replacement of the flat roof and replacing the slanted roof areas with Boral concrete tiles

Before the roof work could start, the solar panels had to be removed. The solar company was to arrive between 12-2. Adrian wanted to be present when the panels were removed to make sure the brackets were left in place and to observe the workers. I got a call at 2 to say the solar workers were running an hour late so I texted Adrian to let him know. I didn't know he had been outside waiting since noon. The solar guys finally showed up at 5 (!!!) and Adrian waited patiently the entire time just so he could be sure things were in order before the roof repair began.

On the day the roof work was to start, Adrian and several workers showed up. They covered the garage, attic, and pool with plastic and began the demolition. At the end of each day, they cleaned as much as reasonable before leaving.

During the course of the project, there were a few things I wanted to change/add and Adrian was very accommodating. I wanted raised battens and cooling system for the tile roof as well as four roof vents. I wanted some fascia and wood replaced and several other things. Adrian was very clear about the costs each time and once a decision was made, he would get quickly get the new materials. He had to make several trips to get various paint colors to match the house/trim.

The entire project took about six days to complete. There were between 2 and 6 workers plus Adrian. All of the workers were respectful, clean, and friendly. Adrian also took care of coordinating the structural engineer and the city inspections.

We walked around the house when everything was finished and Adrian ensured that every detail was to my satisfaction. When I received the final invoice, I was not surprised with any hidden costs.

A few of my neighbors complimented the new roof and the workers. One told me she noticed the supervisor (Adrian) overseeing everything and making sure things were done right. I have to say that the whole crew seemed to be very skilled and worked well together. It was definitely a good experience.

I highly recommend that you give these guys the opportunity to win your business if you are in the market for a new roof. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Our home was is desperate need of a new roof. We probably contacted 6 different roofing companies and Premium Roofing was by far the most professional, we'll organized, and reasonably priced. They did a full demo and replacement of our flat roof and sloped tile section in the front. From start to finish the workers were fast and efficient and respectful. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up our property at the end of each day. We truly appreciate their hard work and the amazing job they did on our roof. Even our neighbors made comments on the craftsmanship. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to repair/replace their roof.

Premium roofing helped us with our re-roof that had a wood shake layer and tile layer placed on top of it. Dave, Ulisses, Erwin, and rest of the team were professional throughout the process and we received a higher end composite shingle roof that was competitively priced against lower quality shingle roofing. The construction crew was professional and thoroughly cleaned up every day. There were no delays and the project was completed on time. Premium roofing systems went above and beyond when they made a repair on my roof. I had some shingles that weren't installed properly by the previous owner they repaired those shingles and also patched up some things with tar that they didn't need to but did so anyway. They also removed a paint stain that was on my roof. They were profesional and followed Covid guidelines, showed up on time as well. Thank you premium roofers!!

If there was a 10 star rating, they would get it from me. All phone calls, texts, emails were responded to immediately. Job started on time (a day early in fact), crews were here right on time, they thoroughly cleaned up each day and they finished the job on time as well. When extremely high winds blew off the cover they had placed over my pool, a crew came on a Sunday morning to re-cover the pool and clean up the mess the winds had made. As a single woman, I especially appreciated not being talked down to, which can happen with contractors. David, one of the owners, spent over an hour with me at our first meeting explaining every aspect of the work. I then received a detailed proposal and contract. Erwin Chavez was an amazing project manager. This company should be proud of its work ethic, attention to customer service, and the quality of its work. Each crew member worked hard and clearly took pride in his work.

As a licensed California Architect, I decided that it was time for our old 25 year old roof to be replaced. I wanted the best roof on my home. We contacted a total of 5 roofing contractors. One never returned my call, another called me 7 days after I had left them a message, and three roofing companies responded. All three roofing companies were competitive and professional, but Premium Roofing Systems stood out from the other two.

We first meet David Cambray, Premium's roofing specialist. David measured our (25 square) roof and went over the roofing materials and systems in detail. He even gave my wife and I some property addresses which they had completed over the last 12 months in my area that had the same exact color and roofing materials that my wife and I were interested in. Once we went to see their finished work, which we were impressed by, we contacted David and set-up the date and signed the contract.

Premium Roofing took care of the permits as well. The demolition of our old roofing system was on a Wednesday (2/24/21). Adrian, the company's owner, was there too. The roofing demolition crew began at 8 AM and covered/protected everything around the perimeter of our home. They even covered and protected our pool. By 5 PM, they had completed the roofing demolition. Everything was cleaned-up around our home and they hauled-off all of our old roofing materials in one large truck. On the following day (Thursday - Day 2), the roofing materials were delivered at 7:30 AM by only 2 men along with their huge truck and hydraulic crane. They placed and spread-out all of the roofing materials on the top of our roof by 8:45 AM. Adrian was even there to make sure that everything went smooth. After the delivery truck left, Adrian did a final check to make sure that the roof would pass the city inspection. By 11:30 AM, the City Inspector had arrived and by noon had signed-off on our roof sheathing allowing for the roofing installation to proceed accordingly. At 1 PM, Premium's roofing installation crew arrived and worked on the roof until 5 PM. On Friday (Day 3), the roofing installation crew began at 8 AM and completely finished the roofing installation by 5:30 PM. On Monday morning (3/1/21 - Day 6), two City Inspectors arrived, inspected and then signed-off on our brand new roof as our new rain gutters and downspouts were being installed.

Everything went smoothly. From the owner, to the installers... we couldn't ask for a more professional and competent roofing company. I highly recommend Premium Roofing Systems to anyone who is looking for great quality, communication and service from a licensed roofing contractor.

I reached out to Premium Roofing Systems regarding a vent that came off on my roof. They quickly responded and I was able to schedule an appointment within the next 2 days.

Adrian came on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took a quick look and immediately knew what needed to be done and got it fixed right away. The whole process took no more than 30 minutes and the cost was reasonable and much cheaper than other places I contacted. He clearly explained the issue and what he did to fix it. More importantly, I really appreciate Adrian coming out despite my roof issue not being a major case as many places I reached out to declined, saying they don't fix minor things.
