Okay, I believe in due diligence. I contacted 9 roofers. 4 didn't answer the phone. Several came out and walked around the roof and then disappeared without providing a quote or anything. One had to go to an office supply store to get a quote form!
Tony, on the other hand, came out with a nice folder that had his proof of liability insurance and his contractors license. Nobody else did that. He was also savvy enough to recommend the HERO program to finance the project. We also wanted to do a Solar system installation and he recommended John Perkins (PerkSolar) to co-work with him.
Later in the day he called me back and asked if I had any questions... great follow-up!
He got the job, and at a good price.
When the old roof was removed it turned out that the original builder had used sub-par materials. Not up to snuff for the Spanish Tile we were having installed. There was also significant termite/wood rot damage. His quote to repair this frankly floored me, but it was a 40 year old roof with damage and now was the time to repair it, so we went ahead.
I don't know the name of his lead installer, but the man is a roofing machine! The crew would arrive around 7AM and this guy would still be working at 5PM!
His crew was always polite and cleaned up the job site. Every detail of the project was taken care of - all of the wiring, painting, and so on was worthy of 5 stars.
They perfectly choreographed the roof installation with the solar installation.
My neighbors were constantly stopping by and commenting on the project. Another neighbor had had Spanish tile installed a few years ago and that roof looks like junk compared to the one that Premium installed for us.
I would suggest that you fast forward through the other companies and just settle on Tony and the gang for your roof.

These guys are great! Tony got a crew to my house in a hurry when I was in a crunch. They even came out on a Saturday. They showed up on time and left the place cleaner than when they got there. The estimate was fair and accurate too, no surprises!

I don't do to many reviews unless they are super. This company from Tony to all the men that did actual roof we amazing. We had three bids, Tony was the best, But we picked him and company because of the reviews. Every review was right on. Clean courteous and after two huge rainstorms not one leak! I recomended them to my neighbors who watched my roof being replaced. They are happy also.

I am really glad we did. The home is a $5,000,000 plus home at the beach. The project turned out fantastic. There were minor changes along the way which Tony worked with. They accommodated our schedule and the finished project is as perfect as it could be.

The price was fair but the completed project is amazing. Working together we were able to lower the panels to the same level as the tile. The solar panels look like a part of the roof and not an after thought.

The job required a much higher degree of skill. They definitely met the challenge. It looks good enough that we were able to fly a drone over the project and get photos of perfect work.

Outstanding work, they did what they said they would and did it well.

Tony beat the other 3 bids I got and was patient and flexible with me in terms of scheduling. I wanted to do the wood repair work myself to save a few bucks and he rolled with my request and even fixed my errors when his team returned to install the shingles. I have a 1 year old daughter and when I asked if he could run the magnet over the yard again he agreed to do so without hesitation. Tony came out and gave us a very comprehensive and fair estimate and when I called back to ask a couple questions, picked up right away and was very responsive and patient. In the end, we went with another company but it was a very hard decision and mainly we went with another company because they were a general contractor and we were looking at getting some other work done on the house and wanted to see how they did on this project first. I am sure I would have been just as happy with his work.

My husband is a broker and we needed an estimate on a roof for a home we have listed. Called Peter after 6pm and he picked up the phone. Not only did he answer all my questions but also offered to help us out and give us a quote based on our estimates and pictures. Peter emailed me back that same night and then I followed up with him the following morning with some additional questions. Peters efficiency will help us get this house back on track. Rachelle does a great job as office manager leading the direction for Tony (co-owner) to come out and give estimates on our two roofs. One was shake shingle on its last legs and the other was an issue with the flashing around the chimney and water intrusion.

Repairs to our old shake shingle roof went quite well and extra materials were used to finish that job at no cost.

Repairs to our flashing that surrounds the chimney on another home was needed because of water intrusion into the attic. Repairs were also done to the ventilation pipes sealing them to the roof surface. No charge for repainting the pipes.

They even went out and matched the paint so the wood crown on the chimney would look great again.

I am glad that this was something we decided to do. Tony and his crew did a great job for a very necessary procedure for any home owner.
