DON'T USE THEM, Roy is the pushiest salesman I have ever came in contact with. He yelled at me and slammed his hand against the wall because I did't want him to do my second bathroom. He was rude and promised finish time in 7 weeks which ended up taking 4 months. Roy also took 20% of payment when only 10% was to be put down. They showed up when they wanted to, leaving us hanging. He did not send workers that could speak English so was extremely hard to communicate with them. So many mistakes, banging up my furniture I had to take before and after pictures to show Roy. The bathroom did turn out good but the stress they put me through was not worth it.

I did a roofing project with this company which was quite costly. I wish I had been able to do business with the small roofing company they subcontract with; those guys were excellent. However, the experience I had with the Premium Remodeling reps was not what I was expecting from a professional company. I work long hours and on weekends a lot of times and don't have time to deal with such unprofessionalism. The project quickly became more complicated and costly due to them finding that I ""needed to have mold remediation"" done in the attic. They also tried to tell me that I needed to re-wire my entire home to fix an electrical problem and gave me a quote of over 10k for that. Luckily, an electrician friend of mine was able to fix my electrical problem for less than $600. At the end of the mold remediation, the guys who cleaned up the plastic and tape from the enclosed areas, peeled off the finish on my wood floor. I refused to sign the completion papers until this was taken care of and we did the final walk-through. I kept getting several angry text and voice messages telling me to ""sign the papers."" I've worked with excellent companies in the past who make payment after final walk-through standard practice. They did send someone to patch up my floor twice but of course, unless they did the entire floor would not turn out well. I just wanted to be done with them so I left it as is. The cool roof project ended up costing us well over $50k and I'm sure we could've done better. Please research and choose a more professional company for your expensive projects.

So disappointed. I contacted Premium Remodeling and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. The day of the appointment, the office left a message to confirm the appointment. I returned the phone call to confirm the appointment time which was between 6:00 and 7:00 pm. At 7:16 pm, I called the office. By then, the office was closed. I left a message to inquire what happened, but no one has returned my phone call. What a waste of time. It's tough to set aside the time for these appointments, and now I have to try to find another contractor to schedule for an estimate.

OK. After several months of conversation, Premium has stepped up and made restitution on issues that we had with them. I appreciate all the effort put forth by this company and personnel to rectify this situation.

These guys designed and built the kitchen I always dreamed of! After meeting with 7 different contractors I chose Premium Remodeling and I am very happy with my decision! The project manager, Issac, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and most importantly a very nice guy to work with. He spent many hours with me and designed the kitchen of my dreams! The perfect modern kitchen ever! I love to host and my guests can't stop complementing me! The whole process was very fast, Issac and his team worked in my house daily to assure fast completion. These guys are the best!

This is completely scam. We made an appointment for an estimate 3 times already and no one showed up. Would not call Premium again. Please stay away! Definitely would find someone else who is more responsible and professional.

Could not be happier than I am today with the guys at Premium Remodeling. Erik and his crew did marvels remodeling my master bathroom. My tub and shower were old and it was time for a major revamp. I hired them and they really did a great job. The Crew was on time every morning and Erik was on top of the project every step of the way. I'm really happy with the results.

First and foremost they are VERY unorganized and try way too hard to manipulate you into doing other projects around your house, instead of focusing on the main reasoning of why we called them. Their prices are all over the place and don't make sense!
They would also call/text and say ""workers will be here Monday at 9:30am and nobody would show up, so we would have to call and ask, and they changed days and times without informing us, minding you, we work and have other responsibilities we have to tend to! They would also just show up unannounced, no calls/texts or a heads up. We have two rooms that were done, that are the same sizes, and were 2 different prices? How is that even possible? The same jobs were being done in each room. The guys they sent out to patch and paint our walls, did a HORRIBLE job, you can see the indentation of where they ""patched it up"" and just painted over it before it was ready. The paint is chipping off and it's been a week... our ceiling is caving in from where they opened our ceiling, and proceeded to ""patch up"" where they opened, leaving it very noticeable that it had been cut open.
Overall our rooms look worse now than they did before, due to bad patching and painting...
also, they cleaned and put new insulation in our attic, and left huge cracks across our entire living room ceiling and hallway ceiling, all the while, their crew only managed to do half of our attic, we had to call and inform them twice that they didn't finish our attic and they finally came out to finish. We just closed out the account and are finally done with these people, although they said we have ""lifetime warranty"" with them, we will NOT be calling them back, at all.

P.S. When we nicely declined their services for a new central air system, they told us we weren't smart for making that decision and that we are going the cheap way, and getting a cheap A/C, who says that to a customer? Telling them they aren't smart for not choosing YOUR company? Real smart on your part, not. I'm done with this review. I'd pick ZERO stars if I could.

i could not even get a estimate from the guy that came (gal) he promised
to send me a estimate, left a message, never returned my call, i guess
they were not interested in the job.. would not recommend them, if this
is the courtesy they show to future customers, i can't imagine how the
job will progress....

I hired Premium for city approved blueprints. Premium was not able to get blueprints approved (per contract agreement) but keeps bugging for payment, and is claiming to do a lien on my property.
