Could not be happier than I am today with the guys at Premium Remodeling. Erik and his crew did marvels remodeling my master bathroom. My tub and shower were old and it was time for a major revamp. I hired them and they really did a great job. The Crew was on time every morning and Erik was on top of the project every step of the way. I'm really happy with the results.

First and foremost they are VERY unorganized and try way too hard to manipulate you into doing other projects around your house, instead of focusing on the main reasoning of why we called them. Their prices are all over the place and don't make sense!
They would also call/text and say ""workers will be here Monday at 9:30am and nobody would show up, so we would have to call and ask, and they changed days and times without informing us, minding you, we work and have other responsibilities we have to tend to! They would also just show up unannounced, no calls/texts or a heads up. We have two rooms that were done, that are the same sizes, and were 2 different prices? How is that even possible? The same jobs were being done in each room. The guys they sent out to patch and paint our walls, did a HORRIBLE job, you can see the indentation of where they ""patched it up"" and just painted over it before it was ready. The paint is chipping off and it's been a week... our ceiling is caving in from where they opened our ceiling, and proceeded to ""patch up"" where they opened, leaving it very noticeable that it had been cut open.
Overall our rooms look worse now than they did before, due to bad patching and painting...
also, they cleaned and put new insulation in our attic, and left huge cracks across our entire living room ceiling and hallway ceiling, all the while, their crew only managed to do half of our attic, we had to call and inform them twice that they didn't finish our attic and they finally came out to finish. We just closed out the account and are finally done with these people, although they said we have ""lifetime warranty"" with them, we will NOT be calling them back, at all.

P.S. When we nicely declined their services for a new central air system, they told us we weren't smart for making that decision and that we are going the cheap way, and getting a cheap A/C, who says that to a customer? Telling them they aren't smart for not choosing YOUR company? Real smart on your part, not. I'm done with this review. I'd pick ZERO stars if I could.

i could not even get a estimate from the guy that came (gal) he promised
to send me a estimate, left a message, never returned my call, i guess
they were not interested in the job.. would not recommend them, if this
is the courtesy they show to future customers, i can't imagine how the
job will progress....

I hired Premium for city approved blueprints. Premium was not able to get blueprints approved (per contract agreement) but keeps bugging for payment, and is claiming to do a lien on my property.

I am rewriting my review. I was partially too hard on them and they originally did not do the work to my high expectations. I did have to get a electrician to fix wiring problems. My mistake was not pushing them more. 1.5 years later they called and wanted to fix everything that was still wrong. And to a little extra for the trouble.

They changed owners. They have been great. Fixed everything. And reimbursing me for some of the expenses that they should've done right the first time. Now, I would completely recommend them. They have kept there word completely since the new owner.

We hired Premium Remodeling Inc to redo our kitchen. They were overall amazing, quick, and responsive. Our project manager made the process very smooth and easy and took it upon himself to make sure we had nothing to worry about. The Premium team took care of every worry, need, and question we had which was very helpful with the stress of remodeling!! Highly recommend this company!

Found Premium Remodeling through the mailers. After meeting with several contractors. I decided to meet with Galit.(interior designer) She has made the whole project pleasant and keeps her word. That's a rare trait now a days especially in the construction world. Very happy with our new windows, air, heater and fencing. I wished I could have done more work but that would have to wait for a later time. Almost forgot. They have great financing options that's out of this world. I believe that there is no one perfect in this world but GALIT made it as pain free as much as possible. TWO THUMBS UP!!!!!!

I would like to thank the amazing crew of Premium remodeling, they are by far the most reliable remodeling company out there. They redid my entire kitchen, bath and roof. Their job was flawless, extremely professional and within the time frame that was promised. I highly recommend them for your next remodeling job you will be very happy and satisfied!!!

Thanks for the threatening voice mail today Isaac regarding my review.
All my comments were true. I have the text messages to back them up. I have the unfinished project to back them up. You have not tried to resolve the issues, you only want final payment and for us to sign completion letter. You refuse to address the issues preventing us from signing. I have sent your company a certified letter addressing our issues. My attorney has sent a letter, so you claiming we are ignoring this matter is completely untrue.
All the issues were after the city approved the project, nothing to do with the illegal patio cover, which is still there. You are not only a horrible company but now you are playing the race card which is sickening. You were never at the house when any of the work was being done, so you have no idea what you're talking about. You don't know that I made coffee and brought it upstairs to the crew working on the closet. You don't know that we provided disposable surgical mask to the paint crew when we saw them breathing in paint fumes. You don't know that we provided bottled water and Gatorade to the crew. All the workers were courteous and worked very hard except for the one that called my wife a ""perra"" apparently not knowing that she knows a little Spanish.
Never cursed at anyone and you accusing me of that illustrates how pathetic you are. I hope people reading this honest review realize the type of person they are dealing with. I'm done commenting here. After being attacked verbally, falsely accused of racism and threatened by you I plan to file a complaint with the Contractors State License Board and the BBB.

After searching for a reliable company , we gladly came across Premium Remodeling Inc.
everything from customer service to workmanship was just an amazing experience.
We had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled and we shopped around quite sometime twill we were referred to Premium Remodeling.
Thank you for all the hours you put into our project! Thank you form the dinner you brought over dinner when we didn't have a place to cook.
We are very happy with the results and gladly recommend you guys to anyone who is in process of Remodeling their home.
Thank you again for such a good experience.
