If you want someone to STEAL your money and RUN AWAY then go ahead and hire them. We have leaks and problems within months and they do not respond at all. Had to hire a lawyer while dealing with problems.

Telemarketers keep calling my house. We are on the Do Not Call Registry. We ask them to remove us from their list. But they call back. We do not do business with people who harass us with telemarketing calls. Please stop calling!!!!! There are penalties for harassing people.

We had hail damage in 2009 and 2011 both times Premier has replaced our roof. John was my sales guy, who is helpful through the entire process, including the insurance piece. He followed up on a concern I had in 2010 and that is one reason I called him back after this last storm. His crew is great, they show up when scheduled and complete the job the same day with excellent clean up. They were careful with my landscaping --- I couldn't be more please with the roof and service I received. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

Premiere was hired to tear off and re-roof the house we recently bought. The new roof was paid for by the sellers as a condition of our purchase. We found severe damage in the attic when we moved into our new home. Bill Whitton, the sales person told me, ""The boards split when they nailed down the shingles."" Rather than replace 30+ year old decking boards that were split and brittle, they just roofed over them. They replaced 6-10 decking boards which are all fine. Of the boards they did not replace, many have holes blown through them leaving large gaps where there is nothing but the black tar paper and shingles protecting our home.

When I contacted the company about our concerns I was told, ""We can come out and fix it but it will be very expensive."" Both Bill Whitton and one of the company owners, George were most unhelpful, acted with arrogance and talked to me as though I have no idea what I am talking about when it comes to roofing. (I've seen a few roofs replaced in my time, while not a professional, I do know that a professional who values their reputation would not only not talk to a customer like a schmuck but would not cause damage to something they are supposed to be fixing.)

I do not recommend this company.

Additional Info: Another company owner did come to our home and extended the warranty. Not long after he was here we found a Shingle Wrapper stuck under a bush showing they used 25 year, not 30 year shingles. Oy vey. The guy did extend the warranty but I still would not recommend this company.
