After a couple big storms Mike came to our home to see why our roof was leaking/flooding into our dining room/kitchen. He got on his ladder to find out there was a tennis ball stuck in the drain. He removed it and a big gush water came out the storm drain. He then proceeded to shovel out the sediment that had collected over the past few years and then hosed it out. He was courteous, kind and did not charge us a penny. My husband and I can't say enough good things about Mike and his company.

One of the worst experiences I've had to deal with. Roof replacement was done pretty good. They still had to come back a few time to fix the ""New Roof"".... The fascia work was horrible!! They got white paint all over my new shingles and went back with black paint to cover up the spots. Took 7 call backs to fix all the shabby work. So after 11 weeks they finally finished my job. It looks better than it did but the back of my house still looks little bad. I asked the Owner Miller to come by and check out the job 3 different times but he refused. Then his workers were caught on my ring door bell talking about how bad the work was done and that I had a valid point. Then after sending him the video the owner came over, and tried to sell me a $4k wrap job to cover the bad job his company did. lol I can't make this up. Just a messy job with no supervision or leadership on the job. I will say that John-John did the job the 2nd time and actually fixed my fascia in the front.(looks good now) Amos and Treman are great workers also!

Update: Company reached out to my employer to get me to take my review down. Also called me and said they would leave negative reviews on my business page.

Well Premiere Roofing put a new roof on our home a little over two months ago and I have been blowing up the sales reps cell phone and called the answering service. Zero response! BUYER BEWARE!

I would like to say it was a pleasure doing business with Premiere Roofing.I did a lot of research on the internet and they had several good reviews so I decided to give them a call.
We had a meeting with Darrel Greene the sales manager and he did an excellent job of going over what Premiere Roofing could do and what the timeline would look like.They work with the insurance company so that makes things easier. The day of installation went very smooth. They tore off the old roof,did some major underlayment repairs and installed the new roof all in one day.The crew foreman Lawrence Blackmon was in communication with us upon his arrival and did an outstanding job of going over everything they did.

Of all the service providers I have worked with in the Columbia area, Premier Roofing undoubtedly is one of the best. Their staff are experts in the roofing field with a wealth of knowledge about the process. Their selection of shingles is broad and feature price points to satisfy nearly all preferences. However, the installation is where their staff shine the most. They are a very hardworking, no-nonsense, efficient work crew, something that is rare these days. As well, the finished product, my new roof, looked sensational; the architectural shingles are essential and look luxurious. They were nailed down with precision. The crew took up a few rotting plywood panels and replaced them with sturdier plywood Lastly, the clean up was very professional. Excess nails and sheeting were vacuumed on the roof and around the yard and driveway. What I thought would take 1.5 days was done in a single day--7:30 arrival, 6 pm departure--with no problems. For any future roofing needs, I would not hesitate to select Premier Roofing again.
