Donald D.What a nightmare! It took me months to get a roof installed. The hurricane was in September and it was March until they finally got the roof installed. I talked to the sales representative, office manager, owner, owner's business partner, general manager and production manager. Most of which were next to impossible to get in touch with. I was guaranteed a completion date of December 23 or there would be a $250 penalty for each day after. Well, they were only 3 months late and of course, the general manager said the letter which was signed by the salesman would not be honored because he would never agree with that. Well, he did sign it and he was the one negotiating the contract and was the only company person involved at the time. After the installation, there were a few things left which were to be completed and I was waiting for the production manager to schedule them but before that happened, I received a notification from their attorney demanding payment in full for everyone. The money they demanded also included 2 skylights and they only installed 1. The one they did install was over a utility room and not the kitchen which was contracted and had to be moved. I sent them a check for everything except the one skylight to the address on the contract but could you believe it, they moved. It took 2 weeks for them to get the check. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!
Aksana E.They were amazing! It was raining through my roof and they came to the rescue immediately with their emergency service. I've used them several times and can always count on them to do a great job, promptly.
We used this company for 2017 Hurricane Irma roof damage. We got our beautiful reroof and they also fixed rot roof damage, Great job!
I had hail damage to my roof and to my pool cage screen and I chose Premiere Roofing and Restoration to take care of everything for me. The only thing I had to do was make the initial phone call to my insurance company, after that Jose Rodriguez, of Premiere Roofing, took care of everything for me. My roof looks awesome, William and his guys did a great job
After my roof was done and the dumpster was removed, there was damage to my paver driveway from the dumpster. Immediately Jose called me to tell me about the damage not realizing that I had already seen it , before I even had a chance to call him. It wasn't easy or cheap but Jose and David, the President of Premiere, had my driveway fixed like they said they would do.
Sometimes things happen through no fault of the roofing company, they have screen companies , gutter companies, dumpster companies, and the insurance companies, and when one of these companies screw up it's the roofing company that has to take the responsibility for this. They really care about doing a good job and getting the problem resolved. They answer phones and return calls. They are a company that you can trust and does an excellent job. What more can you ask for?
Ongoing code deficiencies and repairs since 2012. Orange County final permit inspection of Feb. 2011 failed since Premiere Roofing and Carpentry did not meet Florida Product Approval and 2007 Florida Building Code for residential reroof of DCSM VS-150 standing seam metal roof system supplied by Dan's Custom Sheet Metal, Naples, FL.
Code deficiencies resulted after 3 failed attempts to repair leak from improper boot flashings for the sewer pipe vents that were installed on the standing metal seam. Subsequent code deficiencies include failure to re-install attic ventilation, improper drip edge overlaps and failure to attach metal panels 16"" oc per DCSM specifications. There is now water damage on ceilings of four rooms. During the repairs there has been a great amount of contractor foot traffic on the underlayment it is now riddled with sealant to stop leaks. The cricket installed at the fireplace leaked and is awaiting a proper repair, since sealant on the exterior is a temporary fix. The improperly stored metal panels cut into the Certainteed granulated cap sheet of the low slope roof installed by PRC. The low slope roof is now riddled with sealant from repair activity including a significant amount of foot traffic.
Since metal panels were improperly attached, they all must be removed, panel attachments installed 16"" oc, and metal panels reinstalled.. We are questioning the long-term integrity of the metal roofing system and are now checking to see if DCSM Kynar 500 metallic paint finish warranty is void.
