We have paid Manuel Mendez almost $15,000 for painting, repair of rotten wood on our garage & also a new roof on our garage. The new garage roof is peeling on top because it doesn't have the metal on top, also the sides of the roof were never finished & painting is needed because the never finished it! They also painted the underside of our patio & it is an awful paint job too, it needs to be redone. He has been stringing us along for over 7 months. Obviously he won't return our phone calls or texts, he never does what he says. We just want the work finished the correct way, not leaving unpainted wood & not finished, each side of the garage is different because of the shoddy work! We would NEVER recommend him to ANYONE! UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN! We have pictures to prove the shoddy work, lots of pictures! We are putting a sign out front telling people not to hire them! I've hired Premiere Contractors for several big jobs. They never disappoint. Manuel Mendez and his crew replaced my entire roof (in the summer!), and did a great job for a competitive price. All his workers were efficient and cleaned up after each day of work. At another time, Manuel replaced about 100 feet of fence in my backyard, and did a great job with that, too. Treated lumber, straight as an arrow, and way better than the fence that was there before!

Before I hired them, I had seen other work by Premiere Contractors in other houses (cabinets, patios, additions, painting) and it's always good quality work. Manuel worked extremely hard on our jobs, and went out of his way to do it right and to make us happy. Premiere Contractors is now our go-to company for anything we need around our property. Manuel is honest, professional, hard working, and (last but not least) has a great sense of humor.

Manuel Mendez and his crew have been doing home projects for me over the last few months and have done outstanding jobs, including the following:

Replacing all the gates and fencing; painting the house; repairing an outdoor shed; removing an outdoor deck; helping diagnose gas and electrical problems; repairing extensive external wood damage; and are in the process of replacing my non-standard front doors with new custom-fitted doors.

Manuel and his team are both knowledgeable and skilled in so many areas and have provided great work at very reasonable prices!
