As an update, I was contacted by the Service Manager and she was able to speed up the process. Within a day, my roof was patched, until they could get a crew out to fix it. They were here that day and as far as we can tell repaired the issue.

It was a hiccup, in this case, and not an indication that PS are exactly like the rest.

Premier South helped bring our family to the light at the end of the tunnel! After over a year of fighting with our insurance company after hurricane Ida, Premier South stepped in and got our replacement approved within a week! Gabe did an excellent job at keeping us in the loop with any updates & explaining all the confusing insurance lingo. Not only that, but they were also able to rid us of the ugly blue tarp that made our house stick out like a sore thumb, and replace it with a new, beautiful roof! If you're looking for a company with great time management skills, Premier South is definitely the way to go... the whole process took less than a month from start to finish. I mean just look at the pictures they speak for themselves! Premier South went above and beyond us & we will definitely be recommending their work to all of our friends and family!
