The service started of positive with the salesman Rene however after my new roof was installed in 2021 I continue to have problems first there was cable wiring left hanging down in the back of my home and I collected several nails in my driveway in which was immediately addressed by Rene I thought that was a simple fix but when it began to rain I noticed my ceiling getting wet again shortly after several different times whenever Georgia would get rain this has gone on for years now I have far more leaks now then what I started with and each time I called they sent someone to patch my roof this has happened on 3 separate occasions I finally said enough and I started asking that my roof be replaced that's when everyone's true colors started to show even mines. Michel (receptionist) and K.Joseph (owner) has been telling me lie after lie about my roof and the damage that has been done to my ceiling the latest response is someone will come on 12/02/24 to fix my ceiling don't be tricked by Michele is can be disrespectful she called me the b word and put her sons teacher on the phone to speak with me right I said that's probably Erica the other person working with this company and how professional are you putting your sons teacher in the middle of a dispute. K.Joseph made promises to come to my house and assist with the problem and every time he failed to show then told me he didn't say that and I have text messages to prove he did. Don""t use this company all they want is money and don't care what happens afterwards. Rene left the company but some how I believe he is still involved.

Premier, roofing, and siding the owner was very disrespectful to my wife cause she ask for money back cause they keep rescheduling us for new roof. Been having our money. The owner told my wife "" Bit#h I can buy you , You a broke Bit#h and he is dam sho lucky I was a hour away
God will fix you trust
They reschedule our 3 times and we asked for our money back and owner was very mad about us not wanting the unprofessional service. No call to let us know they will not make it. And once I called them , he lied and said there is rain in the forecast and it's was clear......





















The owner is very disrespectful

Do not do business with this company. My mother used their services in November of last year. Replaced the entire roof. Recently we had a rainstorm in Feb 2021 and the roof started leaking around and in the chimney like a running water faucet. The running water leaked into the basement and directly onto the heating and A/C unit. Well that caused the blower to burn out immediately. Contacted Premier Roofing and they came to access the roof. They said their was holes in the chimney that caused the leak. Never had an issue before the roof was replaced. We assume they made the necessary repairs to the roof because it has not leaked since, but that's it. She had to replace the blower motor herself at $500. Premier roofing did not come thru on their promise to pay for the damages. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. THEY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. $9000 job that could have been resolved over $500. Even half of the cost would been a nice gesture to assist.
