This guy is the king of the upsell. Called him out for a minor roof leak in my garage that I now know only required some ceramic tiles to be readjusted. Tried to sell me an entire roof underlayment replacement for $15,500. Got the tiles readjusted for $3,700.

PROC did an exceptional job on a roof leak emergency on my very old roof. They were able to work around their schedule to fit us in after a heavy rain storm that left us with serious leaks in our house over Thanksgiving. PROC kept the job site clean and was very honest throughout the entire project. I will definitely be using them again for any future roof repairs and replacement when the time comes.

Just finished a Patio cover re-roof with PROC. Crew was very professional, courteous and respectful of our property. Sergio came out to bid the project and identified issues very quickly, then the quote was within the expected range for a project like ours. He followed up via text and answered all our questions until we were truly comfortable with PROC. We had bids from 2,000 - 10,000 to complete a very simple job. I am truly disappointed in the companies that tried to ""over roof"" a basic patio cover.

Sergio was very quick to respond to my call and arrange a time to quote on a repair to some damaged tiles on my roof. The crew showed up the following day and performed the tasks without issue. A nice touch was sending through photos of the repairs (hard to check repairs a high roof yourself). Thanks for the great job.

We recently had PROC out to do a roof repair following a leak into the interior of our crawlspace and down through the drywall and into the house. Sergio answered our call promptly, set up a time to meet to assess the damage and set a date to do the work. He and his roofer Sabino completed the project in one day and were meticulous about their efforts. They completely cleaned up after the project was finished and they offer a five year warranty on their work.
I have to say that we called three other local roofing contractors and left multiple messages for each. NONE of them had the courtesy or professional standards to call back. I would highly recommend giving PROC and Sergio Garcia a call if you need a new roof or have roofing issues you would like to discuss. He will do you right.

One of the concrete tiles on my garage roof got broken. I called Premier and Sergio came out the next day and quickly replaced the broken tile. He was very friendly and professional. I will use him from now on for any roof maintenance and repair needs I might have in the future.

I cannot express enough how great it was to work with these guys. Sergio and his crew came out within a week to repair our roof and did a great job. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Kept in contact after hours and on weekends. Didn't leave a mess after finishing the repairs either. All around great experience for a fair price. Missed an appointment without calling. I called them. They did not apologize for any inconvenience they might have caused. Rescheduled then they called back to cancel and reschedule again not apologizing. I initially rescheduled, but after thinking about the person's failure to apologize I cancelled thinking the company in general might be unreliable. In my final conversation with the person he claimed to have called me to cancel initially until I sent him a copy of an e-mail I sent him asking where the heck he was after he missed the appointment. Only at that time did he admit he did not come or call.

Since posting this review someone using the moniker S.G. has responded to this post as well as calling me a liar on other posts. A quick records check revealed it is the salesman for this roofing company. WOW.....crappy service and vindictive on top of that! Guess I will call the BBB...

It took me some time to write this, but better late than never. I had an emergency where my skylight blew off my roof and left a 4'X2' whole in my roof into my master bathroom. I had pine needles and pieces of my pine tree blowing into my bathroom. I had called 11 different roofing company's where most refused or just plan said they could not fix it. Two said they could do it in a week or two for huge amounts of money. I could not wait to fix this giant whole. Sergio showed up that day and not only stayed till 8:00 pm that night fixing it for me, did it for nearly half the cost the others were quoting. Also guaranteed his work. He saved my day, and was very kind on top of it! Awesome Job!

Amazing company! We had an emergency with our roof and they came out the next day and fixed it the day after! He even customized items for us because our roof tiles are no longer in production. They were quick, professional and fixed our problem. We just had our big storm and a lot of rain this week and our roof has held up beautifully. Not a leak in sight! I will definitely be using them again. Very impressed with their work. I will be referring them to friends and family as well. I am a realtor so I will also refer them to my own clients who have roof issues as I can trust they will be taken care of and have no issues! Thank you guys!
