Absolutely the worst experience of all time, I wish I could give zero stars. We were given false promises and had nothing but lies and drama from this company for over 6 months. The owner ignored repeated attempts to have our damaged roof re-tarped which caused additional damage to our home. Also, we were forced to sue one of his employees for defamation of character because of slanderous lies. I implore you to stay away from this company as you will face nothing but frustration and empty promises.

Never received a quote for roof replacement after requesting by phone. Request experience was horrible. Wife of owner tried to control conversation as to what I should be looking for in a contractor before taking my quote request. And the fact that I informed her that I was a returning customer is very concerning. Terrible company.

Craig and Premier helped me repair old roof issues as well as add new roofing to an older section of house. I did some repairs myself a couple of years ago and while they were at the house his guys actually looked at my home grown ""do it yourselfer"" repairs and had his team fix my mistakes. That being said, I was fully expecting a lecture to ""call us before you try this yourself next time"", but I didn't even get that. Thanks Craig and Premier. I now that my project was most likely the smallest that you have ever undertaken, but the white glove treatment did not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
