After some of the latest rain storms my condo sprung a roof leak.
This company was selected by my condo's HOA to repair the problem. They have had to return to the property now on 4 separate occasions because after each trip to the property, they claim they ""solved the problem"" and it's ""good to go"" only for another rain storm to pass thru and the leak continue. Luckily we began to expect their incompetence and delayed ServPro from patching the drywall hole that they had cut to dry out the attic space and remove the damage from within the home so that we at least didn't have to double replace those materials.

Do not use this company, they do not approach leaks in any sort of deterministic fashion (such as attempting to reproduce the leak before making repairs), and are always so confident when they claim completion of a project without the simplest bit of data to back up their claim.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

11/9 UPATE: First rain of the season and I was shocked to see our ceiling had multiple water damage spots. Nothing like this previously. These people come do the roof and the next time it rains, we've got serious problems going on. Absolutely ridiculous.

In the month of February 2020 Premier Roofing was awarded a contract for rooftop preventative maintenance and gutter cleaning for the Cortina Homeowners Association. This 2 week project encompassed the roof and gutter inspections of 26 buildings and too many rain gutters to count. The goal was to completely check each roof, re position or replace any slipped or broken tiles and haul away the broken tile and gutter debris. In all they replaced around 150 - 200 tiles.

Now that we've had some rain we've been able to fully inspect the gutters and downspouts and have found no problems. Our only complaints are minimal and that is that in the end of the project there was a change in crews doing the work and subsequent to that there were a couple of issues with gutter debris in the planters and on one patio. Both of which were resolved. In all when this project or any roofing project comes around in the future they will be high on the list for consideration.

Yet when I called they refused to take my business. Seems to be a common thing with roofers in San Diego. It is really a shame.

I was referred to premier roofing by a friend. I was expecting the worst but received surprising quote. My roof is old but not going to leak for a few more years. Well, that's awesome- they got the job though in a few years. Thank you!!!

Would not recommend premier.. after they worked on my roof ,i had more leaks then when they started. They do not respond to your concerns.

Called 3 times saying I wanted them to bid on repairing a leaking skylight - Never got a pulse.

Crickets.

They're either too busy to respond to business opportunities or are just plain rude.

Either way, if this is how they treat a potential customer, I shudder to think what they would be like if they were on contract.

I do not recommend premier roofing. They completed maintenance on my roof and since they completed I have had 4 leaks all in the same area. Sam the owner is totally unreliable, he promised on the second leak he would inspect the roof himself, it never happened. He does not return phone calls, does not send reports without prompting and totally appears to not care about customer satisfaction. I would never use Premier roofing again both for their lack of service and shoddy work.

I wish I could give no star. My HOA assigned this company to fix my roof leak. They came with polite service, but the leak got even worse after they repaired it. I have contacted them twice and no solution has been made.

PREMIIER ROOFING:Sid Scott and John Pelley are excellent to work with by providing competitive bids for our community's roofs, remaining patient with the residents who needed to move their vehicles, and customer service was A+. I highly recommend this company for your home or community roof needs. Ask for these guys - they are great! Two thumbs up. We love our roofs.
