About a year and half ago, I contracted with this company for a new roof. About six months ago the roof started to leak. I have made multiple efforts to contact this company and they have never answered. I'm now engaged in trying to get the roof fixed by third party. You will regret hiring this company.

They where kind enough to do our whole roof after they came to fix our roof twice after not fixing it right. It leaked every time it rained. New roof is great but they broke the condensation line to the ac and have yet to replace it. My child has kidney issues and does not do well in warm weather. The owner was made aware of this. He stopped replying to our calls and text messages. It's really disappointing because I was going to rate them a 5+ until this happened.

Premier roofing from start to finish did a outstanding job. They cleaned up like if they were never here and the roof looks amazing. They explained every step so I always felt comfortable on how the job was going. The price was very fair and the service was the best. I highly recommend premier roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. I didn't know this when I hired them but Home Depot subs out all there roofs to them so all of there employees have passed rigorous background checks so that made me feel more comfortable as the job went on. I had a very bad leak this past year. I thought I didn't have enough money to replace it so I called premier roofing to give me a price. They gave me a price to repair the leak and to replace it. The price to replace it was good so I decided to get it done. They are worth every penny. The clean up was like they were never here and the roof came out beautiful. Best thing that the leak is fixed. Highly recommend premier roofing. They finished on time and no hidden cost at the end of the job

The company's roofing supplier filed a mechanic's lien on the property when Carlos Rico, Premier Roofing's owner, failed to pay for the materials. I asked him if he had paid the bill, but I didn't get an answer even after I threatened to contact the Contractor's State License Board (cslb.ca.gov).

During installation, one of his workers accidentally cut an electrical wire close to the roof surface that connected a light from a switch. Instead of repairing the damage by reconnecting it, the cut ends were poorly taped up. I didn't notice what had happened until the job was done, and I had to spend a few hours repairing the damage that could have been done in a few minutes. Timing of the roofing installation was poorly done as well. Rain flooded one of the rooms, and I ended cleaning up after it.

do not patronize this roofer...mpaid our bill in full and he (carlos) owner did not pay bill with roofing supplier so...now i have a mechanics lien on my house. this sucks i paid my bill and we are getting screwed by this low life scum.
