They were sub-contracted to replace our roof through a USAA preferred contractor. They did a horrible job and after the job was done Thaddeus, the owner, came to our home and he was dismissive, rude, and tried to tell us the roof looked great. Also, his workers urinated in our yard and he tried to tell us that they didn't (unfortunately they urinated right in front of one of our ADT a cameras so we saw them). There's been a lot of rain since the roof was replaced and we have a leak from the roof into our garage and now have drywall and possible mold issues. I would never hire this company and if you see them I'd run not Run don't walk as far as you can!

Very, very impressed with Premier Roofing! I happened to look up at my roof yesterday and notice something just looked around a vent so popped into the attic so find out I had an open air view of the sky!!! The vent had completely blown off and my house was open to the elements.

I called Premier and the gentleman that answered was professional, quick to identify the issue, give us a price and was able to send someone out the next day. When they realized that they could not try the part until Monday they still came out and patched up the roof to protect our home and were in contact about who to expect and what time.

Excellent service, lovely people and I would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Thanks

I had three damaged roof vents that needed replacing. Premier Roofing came and did an initial estimate that was spot on. Repair was done the following week and I even got close up photos after it was done to show me how it looked. I learned something about roof vents and paid a reasonable price for three new ones. I'll be using Premier Roofing when it comes time to replace my roof! I'm happy to support a hard working, honest company that's a local business.

I've been trying to resolve two or three (hard rain) leaks which have damaged interior wallboard and was ready to spring for a new roof if necessary since previous expensive repairs did not resolve the issues. Those repairs only involved applying some sticky goop to the suspected leak areas.

Thad did a thorough inspection and declared the roof itself to be in good shape. This agreed with the two assessments from my insurance company which legitimately refused my hail claim.

Thad and his team replaced about 10% of my 19 year old shingles and the boards under them that had been damaged by the leaks which were all in the areas around the vent pipes. They also replaced some sun blistered shingles on a different roof slope which were not leaking.

Premier installed new flashing/rubber caps and sealant around each of the many pipes that poke up through the attic. Three men worked for steadily for six hours and did an excellent clean up afterwards. All the work was documented with pictures taken as the work was done and by a drone afterwards.

The two previous companies I called charged a lot and only hit a few suspect leak spots with roofing caulk which did not stop the leaks.

Premier is highly recommended and I wish I had called them first.

Updating this review to say after the company saw my original review, the owner came out to look at the project and provided me with an estimate. I decided not to go with this company after all (hence the neutral 3 stars), but I do appreciate his responsiveness on my initial issue.

Today we were scheduled for an Inspection and Evaluation, however no one ever showed, nor did anyone contact me. Someone was supposed to be at my home at 3:15 pm, I emailed Thaddeus the Owner/President at 3:28 pm inquiring if they would still be coming, no response, at 4;13 pm it was apparent no one would be showing, I emailed Thaddeus again ""We will be going with another company I am disappointed in the lack of service and communication I have received."", still no response, it is not 7:24 pm, I haven't received a response via email, call, or even text. This is a horrible first impression.

I called back in April after the storms to get an estimate. I called several times and when nobody answered I left a message. Still have not got a return call. I guess that narrows it down.

I had my roof replaced by Premier Roofing and the crew did a GREAT job on my roof. I had some facia board about 30 feet long (30 feet above the ground and I had no ladder) that had faded over the years and one of the crew guys touched it up for he. He didn't have to do it and when he finished I gave him a $20 spot. My salesman David Smith is a Pro and a people person like myself. He was very detailed and patient with me with all kinds of questions I was asking him because it was my first roof repair through my insurance. I also had a circular gabled wooden vent (30 feet up) that needed to be screwed down into place which was also fading and needed a paint touch up. Dave came to my rescue and fixed that for me even though he did not have to do that. I want to point out that my roof was completed on the 12th of May (took one day) and as busy as David was weeks following the 12th he still came back 2 and a half weeks later and on a holiday and finished what he said he would do. My neighbor asked me who was my roofer and I introduced Dave to her and Premier Roofing will be replacing her roof. In closing I just want to say that David Smith is a person who actually cares about his clients and is a professional in what he does. Mike

Premeir Roofing was recommended to me by my father-in-law. We were able to get on their schedule quickly and they came out and did a free inspection to answer my questions. We had the insurance company out previously who stated there wasn't any signs of storm damage. But after hearing so many neighbors having damage I wanted another opinion.

Thad came out and took plenty of pictures and showed them to me and explained the obvious signs of hail and storm damage. His knowledge of the insurance process helped us receive a re-inspection which he attended and made sure was done correctly. As a result we had our entire roof replaced.

The crew did an awesome job and is the point i highlight when i talk to people about the job. They were on time, professional, did a great job, worked safely, worked quickly and took the time to keep me informed of the project.

Great experience.
Thaddeus was easy to contact and dispatched a crew to us quickly which was great because we had a pretty major roof leak running into a corner of our upstairs bedroom. We weren't in the financial position to pull off having our roof replaced (which it needs), but Thaddeus accommoded by having his crews make their best efforts towards a localized repair. About six months later when we noticed a leak in the area again they came out and resealed the area, no questions, no additional cost. Love these guys. Accommodating, helpful, reasonably priced, and stand behind their work. When we can afford the roof replacement, we won't go with anyone else.
