Hired Chris Sheridan, the owner of this company for 2 remodeling jobs at 2 different houses. Gave cheap estimate and there's a reason why: he's an amateur in his job but a pro in being a crook and a liar. As he doesn't know much about permits and inspections it delayed my first remodeling like crazy as i had to hire other guys to fix what he was supposed to do (he can t pull permits), he took the money upfront and ended up working half a day there and run away with the money. The 2nd remodeling started at about the same time and it took him twice more time than expected, way more money than expected and i had to call stores and pay by phone for material he would pick up. 2 weeks after job was done, laminate floor started to turn bad and bubbles...He kept lying about delays, excuses about tools breaking down, having to buy new ones, allegedly saying one of his employees stole his tools run away and went to jail...i called the guy who was definitely not in jail! Material stores already know well this guy as being not reliable, leaving invoices for material unpaid. Things go on and on....I need contractors on an on going base for my projects, that's too bad he doesn t understand what it is to run a good relationship with clients, having work ethics, and run a business on the long run. The 3 other people who posted before me experienced the same type of things , and I guess more people have had bad experiences...

I used this company in April and told them I needed it done ASAP! They promised me they could get the job accomplished. I am a military member located out of town but had family observing maintenance on the house due to a bad tenant. I called this cu to do a patch job on my wood floors, had an estimate and thought that would be it. Well they kept not showing up on time and I was calling from Florida constantly. They said they could do the job quickly and it broke my suspense terribly. Being military and a business person this was making me upset. I tried to pay for what needed to be done but ended up having to pay this company and each material store with my credit card on the phone just to get the items while working, I was peed off. They ended up trying to get some paint work added to the end of my supposed to be quick job. I asked for a receipt of work be sent to my email twice in April and still have not received it! To pay he doesn't have a PayPal or business account to charge you he give you his account number you have to find his bank and transfer funds it was the most time consuming and agitating business deal I have had to deal with and my family at the house was not happy with the respect for their time as well. Save yourself a headache and go with another business. I gave two stars only because after this massive headache of working with them the items I overpaid them to do came out correct but keep in mind weren't very complicated at all and I could have gone if I was in Texas. They also kept giving me excuses on why they couldn't do my job because they were doing other people's houses and going into detail, I told them I did not care and needed to know when the work on my property would be accomplished.

Will take your money and not complete the job. Do not do business with this company. Took deposit and never completed job. Totally shady as previous poster stated. Wish I could have seen the review before dealing with this company.
